辦公用品和工作服管理;
7.Assist?staff?activities?organization;
員工活動(dòng)組織策劃工作;

Basic?Qualifications?required
基本要求
1.?College?and?above?in?the?major?of?Administration?Management?or?equivalent;
大專及以上學(xué)歷,行政管理專業(yè)或其他相關(guān)專業(yè);
2.?Minimum?1?year’s?receptionist?relevant?working?experience,?the?graduates?are?also?acceptable;
至少1年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),優(yōu)秀的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生亦可;
3.?Good?formal?behavior,?good?skills?of?telephone?manner;
舉止端莊,具有良好的電話禮儀;
4.?Good?computer?skills,?proficient?in?Microsoft?application,?PowerPoint,?Excel?&?Word;
具有一定電腦相關(guān)技能,熟練掌握Office軟件的使用;
5.?Demonstrated?reading,?writing?and?verbal?communication?skills?in?English;
具有英語讀寫以及溝通能力
6.?Excellent?interpersonal?and?communication?skills;
具有人際交往和溝通能力;
