??????Position?Requirements:
???????Bachelor?degree?in?Engineering?field.
???????5+?years?of?Product?Engineering?/Technology?experiences?in?PCB?manufacturing??industry.
???????Have?hands?on?Experience?in?PCB?Manufacturing?productions.?Be?able?to?work??independently.
???????Professional?in?knowing?IPC?standard?and?understanding?customer?technical??requirement?in?drawing,?Gerber?file,?specification?etc?and?solve?any?capability??and?manufacturability?problems?of?printed?circuit?board.
???????With?at?least?one?year?of?PCB?CAM?experience?such?as?Genesis?2000,?CAM350,?have??the?capability?of?doing?PCB?design?rule?check.
???????Self?motivated?and?hard?working.?Have?excellent?communication?skills.?Willing??to?take?responsibility?and?work?under?pressure.
???????Have?knowledge?and?experience?in?TS16949.Experience?in?DOE?and?Six?Sigma?is?a??plus.

????5.??提供技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)或評(píng)價(jià)以便準(zhǔn)確報(bào)價(jià)。
????6.??根據(jù)實(shí)際需要整理歸檔技術(shù)文件，規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
????7.??了解PCB的技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和關(guān)于工作職能的知識(shí)。

????職位要求
????1.??大專(zhuān)或以上學(xué)歷，電子類(lèi)\工程學(xué)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
????2.??3年以上在PCB生產(chǎn)工業(yè)的產(chǎn)品工程或技術(shù)部門(mén)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
????3.??PCB生產(chǎn)的實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)。獨(dú)立完成工作。
????3.??對(duì)IPC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有專(zhuān)業(yè)的認(rèn)知，準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別客戶(hù)圖紙，Gerber，規(guī)范中提到的技術(shù)要求，解決PCB的生產(chǎn)能力以及生產(chǎn)可行性問(wèn)題。
????4.??有至少一年以上的PCB?CAM處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如Genesis??2000,?CAM350，會(huì)做PCB?DFM?規(guī)則檢查。
????5.??有自我激勵(lì)和刻苦耐勞的品格。有出色的溝通能力，勇于承擔(dān)責(zé)任及在壓力下工作。
????6.??對(duì)ISO/TS16949有認(rèn)知及相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有DOE和?六西格瑪經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
????7.??具備英文聽(tīng)，說(shuō)，讀，寫(xiě)能力
