Mission?1:??Manage?the?maintenance?needs?of?our?existing?clients,?regarding?the?range?of??the?following?products:?auto-belays,?freefall?devices?and?zipline?devices.?Each??of?these?products?require?an?annual?inspection?and?recertification.?This??implies?to:
???contact?the?clients?in?order?to???????organize?the?inspection?and?recertification
???liaise?with?the?logistics?manager???????in?order?to?ship?the?devices?to?and?from?our?maintenance?center
???prepare?quotations?when?parts?of???????these?devices?need?to?be?replaced
???collect?the?payment?and?ensure???????that?the?replacement?and?repair?are?correctly?done?by?our?technician

-聯(lián)系物流經(jīng)理以保證產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸至維修中心
-當(dāng)部分產(chǎn)品需要換新時(shí)準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的報(bào)價(jià)
-追蹤貨款，確保相關(guān)技術(shù)人員正確完成產(chǎn)品換新及維修
2.?解決客戶的相關(guān)產(chǎn)品問(wèn)題，產(chǎn)品包括：Auto?Belay保護(hù)器、Freefall設(shè)備、Zipline設(shè)備
-在解決過(guò)程中收集所有需要的信息資料
-將所收集的資料同部門(mén)經(jīng)理溝通
-告知客戶解決辦法
3.?向現(xiàn)有客戶交叉銷(xiāo)售零售產(chǎn)品（產(chǎn)品包含：Auto?Belay保護(hù)器、Freefall設(shè)備、Zipline設(shè)備、BelayMate保護(hù)器、PPE等）
4.?負(fù)責(zé)亞洲各地的攀巖運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)的Auto-Belay自動(dòng)保護(hù)器的銷(xiāo)售和相關(guān)維護(hù)服務(wù)
5.?客戶經(jīng)理也需要偶爾負(fù)責(zé)有關(guān)攀巖墻客戶的相關(guān)工作

具有高度組織能力：可以同時(shí)管理多個(gè)客戶的需求
具有良好的中英文溝通及書(shū)寫(xiě)能力--母語(yǔ)為中文的需提供相關(guān)英語(yǔ)等級(jí)證書(shū)
