Purpose?of?the?Position:?
The?QA/QC?Supervisor?will?be?responsible?for?managing?the?Site?Construction?Quality?Program?on?expansion?projects.?The?successful?candidate?will?develop?a?Quality?Assurance?and?Quality?Control?Program?that?incorporates?specification?requirements?and?goals?of?the?project.?This?includes?checklists,?procedures,?method?statements,?inspections?and?test?plans?and?ensuring?that?work?is?performed?with?zero?rework?per?the?approved?specifications.

·?Performs?physical?inspection?of?a?variety?of?discipline?activities?which?may?include?but?not?limited?to?welding,?piping,?civil,?concrete,?buildings,?fixed?and?rotating?equipment,?electrical,?control?systems,?coatings,?insulation,?and?non-destructive?testing
·?Reviews?and?evaluates?the?Quality?Control?programs?of?the?subcontractors.?Sets?clear?expectations?with?the?subcontractors?and?hold?them?accountable?to?execute?the?quality?plan.
·?Resolves?complex?quality?related?issues?in?the?field?by?working?with?the?design?team,?subcontractors,?and?inspectors.
·?Coordinates?inspection?activities?with?the?third?party?inspectors?and?government?agencies.
·?Generates?Corrective?Action?Requests?(CARs)?for?process?issues?and?Non?Conformance?Reports?(NCRs)?for?product?issues.?Actively?pursues?to?close?out?open?CARs?and?NCRs.
·?Provides?support?for?Vendor?qualification,?selection?and?inspections.
·?Assures?that?all?products?and?processes?represent?the?desired?quality,?safety,?efficiency?and?reliability?levels
·?Develops?QA/QC?procedures?and?seeks?continuous?improvement.
·?Participates?as?a?member?of?the?start-up?and?commissioning?team?for?MEP?and?low?voltage?systems.

日常職責：
·?培養(yǎng)和保持建設(shè)工程施工現(xiàn)場的質(zhì)量文化
·?負責對建設(shè)工程各個領(lǐng)域的質(zhì)量要求進行解釋，對施工現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量人員在檢查、測試和質(zhì)量服務(wù)過程中提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)
·?負責對一系列具體工程質(zhì)量實施現(xiàn)場查驗，包括焊接、管道、土木、混凝土、建筑物、電氣、控制系統(tǒng)、涂層、絕緣，以及其他非破壞性測試
·?負責對分包商的質(zhì)量控制體系進行審核與評價，向分包商設(shè)立明確的質(zhì)量要求并落實實施質(zhì)量計劃的責任到人
·?與設(shè)計團隊、分包商和監(jiān)理一起，共同協(xié)作解決現(xiàn)場遇到的復(fù)雜質(zhì)量問題
·?與監(jiān)理公司和相關(guān)政府機構(gòu)配合開展質(zhì)量檢查工作
·?對于施工過程出現(xiàn)的問題簽發(fā)整改通知書，對于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題簽發(fā)不合格單，并積極跟進指導(dǎo)問題得到解決
·?協(xié)助進行合格供應(yīng)商認證、選擇和檢查
·?確保所有施工工藝和產(chǎn)品符合質(zhì)量、安全、效率和可靠性要求
·?建立質(zhì)量保證/控制管理程序并持續(xù)改進
·?作為啟動期和核心團隊成員之一，參與機電和低壓系統(tǒng)的安裝工作
對人員進行質(zhì)量意識管理，創(chuàng)造積極向上的職業(yè)環(huán)境，提供崗位培訓(xùn)和工作表現(xiàn)評價
Education?&?Experience:
Accredited?four?(4)?year?degree?in?quality?related?fields,?8?years?of?quality?assurance/quality?control?work?experience?with?at?least?5?of?those?years?in?the?manufacturing?industry
教育背景和工作經(jīng)驗要求：
質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷，8年以上建設(shè)工程質(zhì)保/質(zhì)控工作經(jīng)驗，其中5年以上在生產(chǎn)制造業(yè)的大型廠房建設(shè)領(lǐng)域
