The?Role:?Roku?is?seeking?an?experienced?Product?Partner??Manager?to?provide?hardware?support?to?audio?projects?in?Shenzhen,?China.?You??will?receive?internal?training?on?Roku?reference?hardware?design,?and?be??responsible?to?troubleshoot?HW?or?system?issues;?collect?manufacture?feature??and?process?requirement?from?the?partners.?You?should?be?able?to?represent?Roku??concerns?in?meetings?with?manufacturer?partners?and?also?provide?valuable??feedback?to?improve?the?partnership?experience.?
This?position?requires?a?good?understanding?of?the?project??development?lifecycle,?experience?with?a?variety?of?hardware?troubleshooting??techniques,?strong?written?and?organizational?skills.?It?is?critical?to?have??hardware?experience?with?audio?products?(wireless?speakers,?soundbar,?etc.).??Fluent?English?is?required.
Responsibilities:
?????Represent?Roku?to?support?manufacture??partners?on?their?hardware?needs
?????Empower?and?guide?Roku?partners?with??Roku?features?and?manufacture?development?kit
?????Partner?closely?with?product,?firmware??&?hardware?teams?from?the?UK,?Denmark?&?US
?????Assist?in?hardware?design?review??(schematic?and?PCB?layout)?for?partners,?life?tests?and?manufacture?production.??
?????Help?to?qualify?partners’?new?board,??production,?second?sourced?components.
?????Troubleshoot?issues?down?to?the?root??cause?and?provide?detailed?bug?reports.
?????Collect?feedback?and?requirements?from??partners,?submit?action?items?to?internal?teams.
Experience/Qualifications:?
?????8+?years’?experience?in?hardware??development?with?manufacturing?knowledge?to?assist?in?debugging?potential??hardware?or?manufacturing?issues.
?????Must?have?experience?with?audio??products,?e.g.?soundbar,?wireless?speakers.
?????Experience?with?Linux,?EJTAG,??video/audio?generator,?Audio?Precision,?logical?analyzer,?serial?logging.
?????Good?understanding?of?the?hardware??design,?project?development?lifecycle,?experience?with?bug?tracking?system??(Bugzilla,?JIRA,?etc.)
?????Up?to?40%?domestic?and?international??travel.
?????Fluent?English?is?required?for?reading,??writing,?and?speaking.

本職工作:?
代表六科參與生產(chǎn)合作伙伴的硬件需求的討論和制定；
授權和指導六科的合作伙伴理解六科的產(chǎn)品功能以及生產(chǎn)流程；
與公司英國、美國和丹麥的軟件、硬件和產(chǎn)品團隊密切合作；
負責合作伙伴的硬件原理圖和PCB設計的檢查并提供相關技術建議；
幫助合作伙伴進行新產(chǎn)品的設計驗證、生產(chǎn)以及第二供應商產(chǎn)品的測試和承認；
提供現(xiàn)場技術支持，找出根本原因并且提供細節(jié)的問題報告；
從合作伙伴中收集反饋信息和產(chǎn)品需求，給內(nèi)部團隊提出行動建議；
經(jīng)驗/資格要求：
具備8年以上硬件開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗以支持合作伙伴潛在的硬件及制造問題；
必須具備音頻產(chǎn)品（功放、無線音箱等）相關的硬件開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗；
熟悉Linux嵌入式系統(tǒng)，能熟練使用音頻分析儀、信號發(fā)生器和邏輯分析儀等設備；
對硬件設計和項目開發(fā)周期有很好的理解，有問題跟蹤系統(tǒng)的使用經(jīng)驗，如Bugzilla,?JIRA；
能適應40%以上的國內(nèi)與國際范圍的出差；
流利的英文聽說讀寫能力；
計算機、電子工程或者其他相關專業(yè)的本科及本科以上學歷；
