??International?Case?Management?Team?helps?local?customer?to?apply?for?overseas?HSBC?account.?
??International?Case?Management?Team?is?the?single?point?of?contact?during?customer's?account?opening?process,?eg?contact?customer?to?complete?the?application?form,?review?customer’s?account?opening?documents,?and?make?welcome?call?after?the?account?has?been?opened.?
-?國際銀行業(yè)務(wù)部協(xié)助本地客戶開立海外匯豐戶口
-?國際銀行業(yè)務(wù)部會全程跟進(jìn)客戶的開戶申請，包括：致電聯(lián)系客戶填寫申請表格，檢查客戶的開戶文件，并在成功開戶后通知客戶

任職資格:
??3?years?plus?experience?in?an?active?customer?interface?role,?with?proven?track-record;
??Excellent?communication?skills?in?spoken?and?written?English?and?Mandarin.?Cantonese?is?a?plus.??
??Has?exceptional?and?updated?knowledge?of?Banking?products,?systems?and?processes;
??Is?well?organized?and?depicts?professional?image;?provides?exemplary?customer?service;
??Is?self?motivated?and?has?the?drive?to?overachieve?on?goals?and?targets?set?out.
-?3年以上客戶服務(wù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)?
-?英語和國語聽說讀寫流利；最好會粵語
-?熟悉銀行產(chǎn)品，系統(tǒng)及流程
-?條理清晰，形象專業(yè)，能提供卓越的客戶服務(wù)
-?自我激勵，有動力實(shí)現(xiàn)和超越設(shè)定的目標(biāo)和指標(biāo)
