項目工程師
此職位主要負責開發(fā)與主導(dǎo)整個項目的完成、?從產(chǎn)品概念設(shè)計到初始生產(chǎn)價段必須起主導(dǎo)作用。在設(shè)計、開發(fā)與質(zhì)量認可各階段，你還將向采購，生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量等相關(guān)部門提供技術(shù)支持。其技術(shù)支持包括測試建議，設(shè)計評審，技術(shù)查詢和優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝?。你有時會參予產(chǎn)品設(shè)計優(yōu)化的總結(jié),?并提供你的設(shè)計經(jīng)，為完美的設(shè)計作出貢獻。
開發(fā)項目包括AC/DC,?DC/DC電源轉(zhuǎn)換，LED電源驅(qū)動含各種調(diào)光功能以及電子照明系統(tǒng)。職責包括新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計開發(fā)，產(chǎn)品認證測試以及建立產(chǎn)品的電子文檔。監(jiān)督，引導(dǎo)和指導(dǎo)相關(guān)項目成員以保證新產(chǎn)品順利試產(chǎn)作出貢獻。
經(jīng)驗及技術(shù)知識要求包括:
·電子/電氣工程學士或更高學歷
·7?年獨立開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，3?年的項目開主導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗
·對開發(fā)隔離和非隔離,?class?1,?and?class?2?電源具豐富經(jīng)驗
·具備開發(fā)照明產(chǎn)品，特別是在?LED驅(qū)動器的經(jīng)驗
·豐富的模擬和功率電子學設(shè)計經(jīng)驗
·具奮使用與編程四位或八位單片機的經(jīng)驗
·具奮處理UL、FCC?法規(guī)的經(jīng)驗
·精通過PCB?板設(shè)計和故障排除的經(jīng)驗
·具奮建立設(shè)計文檔與分析文檔的經(jīng)驗

Project?Engineers
The?Project?Engineer?will?take?on?lead?roles?for?projects?from?concept?through?initial?production?in?an?integrated?product?development?team?e***ironment.??He/she?will?also?provide?support?to?components?sourcing,?production?and?quality?control,?as?required,?during?all?phases?of?design,?development,?and?qualification?including?proposals,?design?reviews,?inquiries?and?sustaining?engineering?tasks.?You?will?at?times?be?called?on?to?use?your?design?experience?in?reviewing?design?effectiveness?and/or?contribute?to?the?design.
The?projects?include?power?co***ersion,?dimming?topology?and?system?control?electronics?lighting?products.?Responsibilities?include?oversight?of?the?design,?test?and?documentation?of?electronic?projects,?contribution?to?the?overall?design?effort?as?well?as?participation?in?systems?design?and?requirements?development.??Guidance?and?mentoring?of?the?project?team?members?is?also?expected.
Required?experience?and?technical?knowledge?include:
·?BS?in?Electrical?Engineering,?advanced?degree?preferred
·?Up?to?7?years?industry?experience?with?3?years?of?project?lead?experience
·?Experience?designing?isolated?and?non-isolated,?class?1?and?class?2?power?suppliers
·?Experience?in?solid-state?lighting?products,?specially?in?LED?driver
·?Strong?analog?and/or?power?electronics?design?experience
·?Experience?with?MCU?design
·?Experience?in?UL?and?FCC?compliance
·?Experience?using?PCB?board?design?and?troubleshooting
·?Experience?in?generating?design?and?analysis?documentation
Required?organizational?attributes?include:
·?Strong?organizational,?communications?and?problem?solving?skills
·?A?comprehensive?understanding?of?the?product?development?process
·?Ability?to?prioritize?and?manage?multiple?projects?simultaneously?with?minimal?supervision.
