Responsibilities:
????1.?Under?the?supervision?of?the?team??leader,?conduct?online?IP?infringement?search,?monitoring?and?execute?the??takedown?project;?在上級(jí)的指導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)網(wǎng)絡(luò)IP侵權(quán)的搜索、監(jiān)測、投訴和移除；
????2.?Based?on?the?search?and?monitor?result,??propose?take?down?actions?to?client;?根據(jù)監(jiān)測結(jié)果向客戶提供維權(quán)建議；
????3,?Liaise?with?major?E?commerce?site?in??China?to?file?complaints?and?request?infringing?goods?removal;?preparing??necessary?document?to?support?the?complaints?and?take-down;?與國內(nèi)主要的電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)對(duì)接，提交投訴和要求移除，依據(jù)平臺(tái)要求準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)資料；
????4,?Drafting?monthly?monitoring?report,??analysis?and?recommendations;?撰寫月度監(jiān)測報(bào)告，分析并提供建議；
????5,?develop?templates?and?best?practices?for??the?whole?team;?assisting?and?participating?in?team?BD?pitches.?協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)在業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行過程中開發(fā)模板和流程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，輔助團(tuán)隊(duì)的業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)工作。

Requirements:
????Education:?Bachelor?degree;?大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷
????Language:?Fluent?written?and?spoken??English.?英文讀寫流利
????Experience:?Prior?work?experience?in??intellectual?property?agency?is?preferred.?一年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

????1.?Proficiency?in?MS?software?(Microsoft??Word,?Excel,?PowerPoint,?Outlook,?etc.)?熟練使用辦公軟件
