Take?charge?of?car?arrangement,?hotel?booking,?ticket?booking,?lunch/catering?arrangement,?Visa?Application?and?Invitation?Letter,?etc.,?according?to?vistors’?requirements.
Conduct?producs?training?and?showroom?guidelines?introduction?against?new?employees.?
Coordinate?with?IT?to?support?showroom?presentation?and?IT?equipment,?arrange?for?any?necessary?repairs/maintenance.
Ensure?the?visual?appearance?of?all?areas?of?Showroom?and?a?safe?environment?for?staff?and?visitors.
Manage?the?smooth?installation/removal?of?mock-ups?(liaising?with?the?relevant?or?sales?people)
Responsible?for?the?day?to?day?Management?of?Admin?and?Catering?and?the?delegation?of?tasks?as?appropriate.?
Work?with?living?office?team?for?the?showroom?refresh?and?setup
Support?and?coordindate?any?training/events/activities?etc.?in?Showroom?areas
To?be?a?back-up?front?desk?when?necessary?to?assist?Admin?affairs,?such?as?picking?and?answering?phone?calls,?checking?bills,?purchasing?stationery?and?so?on.
Requirement:
University?preferable,?major?in?International?Trading?or?English?is?prefred.
5?years?working?experience?on?Customer?Service,?Sales?or?management?field.
Excellent?interpersonal?and?communication?skills,?must?be?flunet?in?Mardian?and?both?oral?and?written?English.
Ability?to?plan,?organise?and?work?under?pressure.
