????Position?Objective
????The?Financial?&?Accounting?is?responsible?for??applying?accounting?principles?and?procedures?to?analyze?financial?information,??prepare?accurate?and?timely?financial?reports?and?statements?and?ensure??appropriate?accounting?control?procedures,?support?on?business?solution?and?new??business?module.
????Reporting?to?General?Manager?-?Financial?&??Accounting?Manager,?To?implement?and?strengthen?financials?in?Shanghai?branch.
????????Key?Responsibilities
???????Establish?and?monitor?the???????implementation?and?maintenance?of?accounting?control?procedures
???Ensure?financial?records?are???????maintained?in?compliance?with?accepted?policies?and?procedures
???Compile?and?analyze???????financial?information?to?prepare?financial?statements?including?monthly???????and?annual?legal?and?group?accounts
???Fully?engaged?with?forecasting?and?budgeting???????process;
???Work?as?a?finance?Business?Partner?with?business???????for?business?solution?and?build?financial?models?for?new?business
???Monitor?and?ensure?customers'?adherence?to?agree???????credit?terms.?Actively?highlight?accounts?that?persistently?are?in?breach???????of?agreed?credit?limit?and?credit?period.
???Regular?review?internal?operation?process?to???????strengthen?internal?cost?control;
???Liaise?with?external?parties?for?audit,?tax?and???????bank?related?matters
??????Education?and?Experience
Bachelor?degree?in??Accounting?or?Finance?areas.?Member?/?finalist?of?Professional?Accounting?Board
At?least?5?years??working?experience,?with?2?years?at?managerial?level
Experience?in??start-up?and?omni?channel?in?China?
????????????????Skill?and?Key?Competencies?
Proficiency?in?MS??Excel
Knowledge?in?HP?/?HFM??will?be?an?advantage
Proficiency?in??English?&?Mandarin,?preferably?Cantonese?as?well
