According?to?the?production?plan,?make?the?machine?production?plan,?balance??and?prepare?the?production?details?such?as?equipment,?labor?and?workshop?area.按照車間生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，及時(shí)準(zhǔn)備并平衡生產(chǎn)細(xì)節(jié)，如設(shè)備、人員及工作場(chǎng)地，組織進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)。
Supervise?the?operation?site,?inspect?and?manage?the?steel?cylinder??welding,?PWHT,?NDT,?welding?seam?repairing?process,?and?quality?of?the?shell??blank.?Handle?the?problems?on?site.?深入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，嚴(yán)格工藝紀(jì)律檢查，掌握、督促、檢查烘缸線鋼制缸焊接、熱處理、缸體探傷、焊縫返修等工序及供應(yīng)商焊接毛坯作業(yè)、交付進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量，及時(shí)調(diào)整和解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中發(fā)生的各類問(wèn)題。

Responsible?for?establishing?the?DL?steel?cylinder?internal?welding??&PWHT?QCS?and?related?quality?doc?collection?and?updating.?Be?responsible??for?the?pressure?vessel?(welding?+?PWHT)?standard?update?，qualify?and?execute?負(fù)責(zé)建立烘缸線鋼制缸產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)部焊接、熱處理等質(zhì)量控制體系及相關(guān)文件的整理及匯總、更新。負(fù)責(zé)壓力容器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（焊接、熱處理）的更新、合規(guī)及執(zhí)行。
Be?responsible?for?dryer?Line?welding,??PWHT?&?NDT?area?efficiency?improvement,?investment?project?,?lean?TPM??project?參與負(fù)責(zé)烘缸線焊接、熱處理及NDT區(qū)域的效率優(yōu)化、投資改造、精益TPM等項(xiàng)目。

Be??responsible?for?input?data?in?Baan?system、Notes?database?system?and?the?implement?of?the?new??ERP?system?負(fù)責(zé)Baan系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)和數(shù)據(jù)匯報(bào)、Notes數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的維護(hù)及生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃有關(guān)的新系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)使用
Be?responsible?for?the?production?material??management,?control?WIP?負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各生產(chǎn)物料的有效管理，控制WIP
Complete?other?tasks?assigned?by?manager?負(fù)責(zé)完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他各項(xiàng)任務(wù).
Requirements?任職要求：
1.Junior?college?or??above,?welding?engineering?or?other?related?major,?5?year?welding?and?2?years??management?working?experience?大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷，焊接工程類或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè),至少5年的焊接工作及2年管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Familiar?with?welding,??heat?treatment?production?process?(especially?pressure?vessel)?during?the?main??work?and?command?the?capacity?of?the?welding?workshop?熟悉車間主體工種和產(chǎn)品焊接和熱處理的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程，掌握車間生產(chǎn)焊接及熱處理能力的情況
Knowledge?about?3-D??molding?software?such?as?UG,?CATIA?etc?有三維建模軟件如UG,CATIA等的相關(guān)知識(shí)
Have?the?awareness?of??ISO14001?&?OHSAS18001?具有ISO14001?&?OHSAS18001意識(shí)
Capable?of?doing?the??daily?work?including?communication?and?reading?&?writing?in?English?能有較好的外語(yǔ)書寫及表達(dá)能力，并進(jìn)行相關(guān)日常工作
Excellent?computer??skill?especially?excel?能熟練使用電腦進(jìn)行日常工作特別是excel的運(yùn)用
Have?the?knowledge?of??welding?&?heat?treatment?equipment?對(duì)焊接及熱處理設(shè)備有一定的了解。
