職位描述（Job Description）

Provide?overall?accounting?efficiently?and?effectively,?including?but?not?limit?to
-?Daily?Bank?Book?Record?according?to?the?record?from?Bank?transactions;
-?Vendor?Payment?Documents?preparation?and?submitting?according?to?banks’?request;
-?Employee?expense?reimbursement?and?final?check?with?the?supporting;
-?Monthly?bank?reconciliation?with?U8?system?and?reconciliation?report?preparation;
-?Daily?Account?receivable?reconciliation,?familiar?with?EC?channel?account?verification;
-?Ensure?the?accuracy?of?daily?sales?reports,?stock?balance,?ware?house?inventory?record?and?reconcile?any?discrepancy;
-?Liaise?with?bank,?and?other?government?department?to?ensure?company?business?running?legally;
-?Month?end?closing?and?tax?filling?with?accurate?P&L.?B&S?and?Cash?flow,?etc.,
-?Support?budget/forecast/mid?term?financial?plan,?and?adhoc?analysis?report
-?Work?with?external?partner?for?annual?audit?and?annual?tax?return;
-?Other?assignments?per?the?head?of?finance?request;
Requirements:?
·?University?graduate?or?above.
·?5?years?or?above?working?experience?in?accounting?field?is?preferred.
·?Willing?to?learn?more?accounting?and?FP&A?knowledge.
·?Result-orientation,?able?to?deliver?high?quality?result?during?daily?work.
·?Strong?responsibility?sense?and?positive?working?attitude
·?Fluent?written?and?reading?English?skills.?Good?oral?English?is?a?plus.
·?Solid?Micro-soft?skills?is?a?plus
