主要職責(zé)：
1.?負(fù)責(zé)公司各項(xiàng)經(jīng)營行為的法務(wù)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，建立和完善公司的各?項(xiàng)管理制度及法律制度；?Responsible?for?standardization?of?legal?management?of?all?business?activities?of?the?company,?establishing?and?improving?of?the?legal?systems?of?the?company.?
??2.?為公司提供商務(wù)活動(dòng)所需的法律咨詢與支持服務(wù)，對(duì)公司重大經(jīng)?營決策提供法律意見，為公司危機(jī)處理提供法律援助；?Responsible?for?providing?legal?consultancy?services?for?company’s?business?activities,?giving?legal?advice?on?major?business?decisions,?and?offering?legal?aid?for?crisis?management.?
??3.?負(fù)責(zé)公司對(duì)內(nèi)、對(duì)外簽訂的各類合同、協(xié)議等法律文件的起草、?審核、評(píng)審工作，規(guī)避相關(guān)法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；?Responsible?for?the?drafting,?checking?and?review?of?all?kinds?of?contracts,?agreements?and?other?legal?documents?signed?by?the?company?both?internally?and?externally,?to?avoid?related?legal?risks.?
??4.?負(fù)責(zé)為企業(yè)內(nèi)部人員提供業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的法律培訓(xùn)；?Responsible?for?internal?business?related?legal?training.?
??5.?負(fù)責(zé)法律事務(wù)事宜與律所對(duì)接溝通；?Responsible?for?communicating?with?law?firm?on?legal?affairs.?
??6.?負(fù)責(zé)公司的訴訟事務(wù)，如勞資糾紛、經(jīng)濟(jì)訴訟等其他法律糾紛的?協(xié)調(diào)及處理；?Responsible?for?the?company's?litigation?affairs,?such?as?coordinating?and?handling?of?labor?disputes,?economic?lawsuits?and?other?legal?disputes.?
??7.?負(fù)責(zé)公司法務(wù)方面事宜進(jìn)行日常維護(hù)，如各類法務(wù)文件的收集、?整理、歸檔等；?Responsible?for?routine?maintenance?of?the?company's?legal?affairs,?such?as?collecting,?sorting,?archiving?of?all?kinds?of?legal?documents.?
??8.?上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交待的其它公司經(jīng)營行為中涉及法律的工作。?Other?legal?work?related?to?company’s?business?required?by?superior.
關(guān)鍵能力：
??1.?本科及以上學(xué)歷，法律相關(guān)專業(yè)，并通過國家司法考試;?Bachelor?degree?or?above,?major?in?law,?and?passed?the?national?judicial?examination.?
??2.?熟悉經(jīng)濟(jì)法、合同法、公司法、招投標(biāo)法、勞動(dòng)合同法等法律法?規(guī)及政策;?Familiar?with?economic?law,?contract?law,?company?law,?bidding?law,?labor?contract?law?and?other?laws,?regulations?and?policies.?
??3.?普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、流利，能以英語做為工作語言;?Mandarin?and?English?as?the?working?language.?
