????1.???????根據(jù)公司的市場(chǎng)計(jì)劃和銷售目標(biāo)，開發(fā)新客戶和新的市場(chǎng)領(lǐng)域；?Develop?new?customers?and?new?market??segments?based?on?the?company's?marketing?plans?and?sales?targets;?
????2.???????客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)，合同談判；?Customer?relationship?maintenance?and??contract?negotiation;
????3.??????做好客戶的售前跟進(jìn)、售后維護(hù)工作。Customer??pre-sales?follow-up?and?after-sales?maintenance.
????????4.??????了解客戶需求，分析產(chǎn)品特殊特性Understanding?the?needs?form?customers,??analyzing?the?special?characteristics?of?products.
????5.??????完成新產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目開發(fā)任務(wù)In?charge?of?the?project?development?of?new?products
????6.??????負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目跟蹤，落實(shí)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施，跟蹤全過程的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量Follow-up?project??and?ensure?project?implementation,?tracking?the?whole?process?of?product??quality
????7.?????負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入期的加工和組裝工藝文件制作??Responsible?for?the?machining?document?of?NPI
????8.?????Implementation?and??putting?into?service?of?new?manufacture?lines.?Design?of?gauges?and?fixtures。
??落實(shí)并投入新的制造線，設(shè)計(jì)量規(guī)及工裝夾具
????9.??????完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)?Other?tasks?assigned?by?Superior
????任職要求：?
學(xué)歷：本科，機(jī)械工程類專業(yè)??Bachelor?degree?in?Mechanical.
至少三年的機(jī)加工、汽車部件相關(guān)行業(yè)，技術(shù)及NPI項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；At??least?three?years?of?experience?in?the?machining?industry,?auto?parts?related??industries,?and?NPI?project?management;
熟悉使用Autocad及其它繪圖軟件；Familiar??with?Autocad?and?other?drawing?software;
了解IATF??16949?及五大工具.?Familar?with?IATF?16949?and??APQP.
很好的面對(duì)困難、挫折的抗壓能力，善于溝通；Good??resilience?and?good?communication?skill;
