工作職責：
1、根據(jù)學樂課程體系，教授3-16歲少年兒童英文課程。
2、對學生進行課前輔導與課后預習，及時與家長溝通學生學習情況。
3、收集學生/家長的反饋信息并及時做出回復，協(xié)助處理學生/家長投訴。
4、配合學校組織的各種教學活動和市場活動，如Demo課，答謝會等。
任職要求：
1、大專以上學歷，英語、幼教、小學教育等相關專業(yè)；
2、英語專業(yè)四級，口語流利，發(fā)音標準，語音純正，普通話標準；
3、一年以上幼教經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先，接受應屆畢業(yè)生申請；
4、協(xié)調(diào)溝通、表達能力強，反應力佳，配合度高；?
5、性格開朗，態(tài)度積極，有親和力，多才多藝，?學習能力強，有創(chuàng)造力；
6、具備良好的職業(yè)形象、職業(yè)心態(tài)；愛崗敬業(yè)、有責任心、有耐心；
