顧客服務(wù):
-始終如一的運用標準銷售服務(wù)流程,確保我們的服務(wù)達到并超越顧客的期望。
-以專業(yè)的方式在店鋪內(nèi)或者通過電話處理顧客投訴。
-全面有效的跟進顧客相關(guān)事宜(顧客投訴及維修等。

顧客關(guān)系管理:
-通過向顧客介紹成為Versace忠實顧客后所享有的禮遇,來獲取顧客的聯(lián)絡(luò)信息。
-有效的管理顧客信息,和顧客建立關(guān)系,并進行個性化的互動。
-主動運用各種方式和顧客維系長期的聯(lián)系,使銷售機會***化。
-在店鋪負責(zé)人的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,協(xié)助店內(nèi)各類促銷活動的開展。

運營:
-完成各項上級分配的運營工作(收貨,轉(zhuǎn)貨,盤點,庫存安排,報表等)。
-確保店鋪的形象和貨品陳列符合標準。
-參加公司或者店經(jīng)理發(fā)起的會議,培訓(xùn),陳列,促銷,補貨和團隊建設(shè)等活動。
-遵守公司的各項政策和規(guī)程。
-遵守工作計劃,包括工作時間和考勤。

Sales?Generation:
-Achieve?individual?objectives?and?contribute?to?the?achievement?of?store?objectives.
-tilize?brand?and?product?knowledge,?to?develop?arguments?in?selling.
-Implement?questioning?skills?to?explore?customer?needs.
-Handle?customer's?concerns?and?objections?towards?products.
-Take?possible?actions?to?maximize?the?sales?opportunity?on?all?categories.

Customer?Service:
-Implement?the?standard?selling?ceremony?in?a?consistent?manner,?to?ensure?the?service?meets?and?exceeds?the?customer’s?expectation.
-Handle?customer?complaints?in?store?and?over?the?phone?in?a?professional?manner.
-Thoroughly?and?effectively?follow?up?customer?incidents?(Complaints?repair?etc.).

CRM:
-Capture?customer?data?by?introducing?the?benefit?of?being?a?Versace?client.
-Manage?customer?data?effectively?to?build?relationships?and?personalize?future?client?interactions.
-Proactively?take?possible?actions?to?maintain?a?long?term?relationship?with?customer?and?maximize?sales?opportunity.
-Support?the?organization?of?In-store?&?Promotional?events,?as?per?Shop?in?Charge?guidelines.

Operations:
-Complete?assigned?operational?duties?(Goods?receiving,?transferring,?stock?take,?stock?arrangement,?reporting?etc).
-Ensure?the?appearance?of?the?store?and?products?presented?are?up?to?standard.
-Participate?in?meeting?and?training,?VM?set?up,?sales?event,?merchandise?replenishment,?team?building,?initiated?by?the?company?or?store?manager.
-Comply?with?all?company?policies?and?procedures.
-Adhere?to?work?schedule,?inclusive?of?time?and?attendance.
