負責對團隊提供的財稅服務進行日常管理,包括:客戶財務管理,審核監(jiān)督日常記賬、每月賬目、稅務計算及申報、財務報表、工資計算及社保公積金管理、資金管理、年審,等;

負責客戶管理,維護良好的客戶關系,確保所在團隊與客戶有良好的溝通;

員工管理:帶領不少于5名會計,定期對團隊成員的績效表現進行評估,培養(yǎng)激勵團隊,定期組織培訓;

執(zhí)行和維護內部管理流程、清單、標準模板,提高服務質量、提升效率;在客戶管理方面建立有效的內部控制流程(執(zhí)行復核制度);改善管理流程;

任職資格
Qualifications:
會計相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷;

University?degree?or?above?in?accounting?or?related?major;

5年以上會計、稅務經驗,1~2年帶領團隊的經驗,有專業(yè)咨詢服務機構經歷者優(yōu)先,有ACCA,CPA或者會計中級職稱優(yōu)先。

5?years?or?above?experiences?in?accounting,?tax?filings,?1-2?years?experiences?as?a?team?leader,?experiences?in?professional?firms?is?a?plus;?holder?of?ACCA,?CPA,?Certificate?of?Medium?Level?Accountant?(會計中級職稱)?is?preferred;
