1,根據(jù)部門年度工作目標(biāo)和計劃,制定本團(tuán)隊的年度工作目標(biāo)和計劃,分配工作和資源組織實施,動態(tài)跟蹤計劃達(dá)成情況,及時進(jìn)行總結(jié)、改善和反饋;

二,規(guī)范化建設(shè)

1,參與TS16949質(zhì)量體系的建立,必要時審核,維護(hù)相關(guān)的文件記錄;

2,負(fù)責(zé)支持進(jìn)料檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和計劃制定;

3,負(fù)責(zé)定期的優(yōu)化和評審過程質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)程序以使之不斷完善。

5,負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商的風(fēng)險評估,進(jìn)行分級管理;
