崗位描述：
1.負責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)中心人員及設(shè)備的進出管理；
2.負責(zé)機房基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及服務(wù)器，交換機的日常維護巡檢，保持機房運行環(huán)境的良好狀態(tài)，記錄環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)；
3.對數(shù)據(jù)中心機房服務(wù)器、網(wǎng)絡(luò)及其他運營設(shè)備進行安裝、系統(tǒng)調(diào)試、維護、故障處理等工作；
4.負責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)中心機房設(shè)備上/下架的管理,現(xiàn)場工程師的陪同及協(xié)助；
5.日常問題及突發(fā)事件的及時響應(yīng)反饋并解決跟進故障處理，問題上報；
6.機房物理鏈路的調(diào)整及布置(協(xié)助)，例如光纖、網(wǎng)線?、電源線；
7.協(xié)調(diào)客戶現(xiàn)場維護過程中的需求并反饋上級。
職位要求：
1.?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷，兩年以上IT或CT類客戶服務(wù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮；
2.熟悉常用服務(wù)器或PC機硬件配置，有組裝和拆裝硬件經(jīng)驗。
3.具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)知識，了解網(wǎng)絡(luò)7層協(xié)議；具有CCNA認證者優(yōu)先考慮。
4.熟練使用OFFICE辦公軟件。?
5.英文四級或相同能力，可以在工作中使用英文口語進行簡單交流。
6.有云計算運維經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
7.有一定的抗壓能力和良好的執(zhí)行能力；
8.因工作崗位性質(zhì)，需要適應(yīng)翻班。

Job?Requirements:
1.?College?degree?or?above,?better?in?possess?of?experience?in?IT?or?CT?customer?services?over?2?years;

3.?Basic?knowledge?of?network,?especially?in?OSI?Seven-Layer,?certified?with?CCNA?is?preferred.?
4.?Familiar?with?Microsoft?OFFICE?skills.?
5.?CET-4?or?equivalent;?capable?of?communicating?in?simple?English?at?work.?
6.?Experience?in?cloud?computing?operation?and?maintenance?preferred.?
