????The?Specialist,?Asia?Supply?Development?researches?markets,??assists?collecting?information?from?potential?suppliers,?facilitates??communications?between?internal?customers?and?suppliers?in?Asia.?Maintains?a??sustainable?process?in?support?of?Shaw’s?outsource?product?strategies.??Additional?responsibilities?include,?but?are??not?limited?to:

Responsible??for?coordinating?both?domestic?and?Asia?product?activities?with?the?Sourcing,??Technical,?Quality?Control?and?Product?Development?teams;
Work?with?Technical?and??Sourcing?Teams?to?identify?new?suppliers?for?both?domestic?and?international??products,?and?as?appropriate?takes?the?lead?in?the?management?of?those??relationships;
Research?potential??prospects?and?add?information?to?constitute?database,?regularly?manage?updates??and?ensure?all?contacts?are?properly?moved?through?development?process,?e.g.??meeting?notes;
In?collaboration?with??internal?partners,?own?and?manage?the?costing?process:?collect?and?organize??cost?information,?do?comparative?analysis,?review?vendor?performance,?and?make??selections?relating?to?order?placement;
Build?and?maintain??supplier?relationships?and?provide?analytics?to?indicate?supplier?performance;
Collaborate?with??project?team?members,?contribute?to?effective?internal?coordination?and??communication?between?departments;
Support?when?needed?by??the?supply?development?department?team.?
Routinely?attend?trade?shows?to?remain?current??on?industry?developments;
Work?on?special?teams?or?projects?that?require??sourcing?expertise?and?involvement;
Local?and?overnight?travel?up?to?40?%?is??required.

????Qualifications：
????
Bachelor?or?college??degree?in?procurement?or?business;
3-4?years?of?experience??in?sourcing?and?procurement,?ideally?in?flooring?or?building?material?industry.
Critical?thinking,??intuition,?problem?solving?skills,?analysis,?logic,?and?communication?skills.?
Exhibit?a?proactive??aptitude?for?observation?and?detail.??
Be?able?to?work?and??complete?assigned?tasks?to?meet?customer?needs.?
Fluent?in?written?and?spoken?English.
Fluent?in?writing?and?spoken?Mandarin?Chinese.
Computer?skills:?Microsoft?Office.
