1.?To?provide?facilities?support?pertaining?to?Gas?and?Chemical?Distribution?systems?to?ensure?continuous?supply?of?utilities?and?related?facilities?at?the?required?performance?level?or?specifications?2.Carry?out?repair?and?troubleshooting?of?systems?in?order?to?restore?systems?to?their?operating?conditions?in?the?shortest?possible?time.?Carry?out?root?cause?analysis?and?implement?action?plans?to?prevent?recurrence?3.Able?to?formulate?effective?reporting?and?tracking?systems?for?monitoring?of?system?performance?and?capacity?usage.?Recommend?and?implement?improvement/enhancement?projects?where?appropriate?4.?Ensure?all?site?safety?compliance?are?met?as?part?of?daily?responsibility?5.?Continuously?seek?to?enhance?on?existing?safety?procedures?for?continuous?improvement?6.?Formulate,?implement,?review?and?improve?operating?procedures?so?as?to?ensure?optimum?operation?of?systems?7.?Monitor?and?review?utility?consumptions?and?work?with?users?to?implement?projects?to?reduce?the?consumption?where?possible?8.?Familiar?with?all?relevant?standards,?legislations,?codes?of?practice?etc?and?ensure?their?compliance

1.?Hands-on?experience?in?day?to?day?operation?and?maintenance?essential?2.In-depth?knowledge?in?Gas?or?Chemical?Distribution?systems?3.Ability?to?supervise?improvement?projects?for?the?above?4.Proficient?in?Microsoft?business?applications?5.?Good?communication?and?learning?ability.?6.The?familiar?with?the?PLC?software?and?hardware?architecture?and?platform?for?those?who?preferred.

1.?Responsible?for?Operations,?Maintenance?of?existing?facility?water?system.?2.Water?system?include:?Water?tank?farm;?general?plumbing?system;?UPW?system;?process?drain?system;?waste?water?treatment?system;?PCW?system,?process?vacuum?system?and?clean?vacuum?system?3.?Develop?SOP?(standard?operation?procedure)?for?Operation?&?Maintenance?of?Industrial?water?system,?Develop?utility?spec,?monitoring?system?with?SPC?tool?to?make?sure?of?critical?mechanical?parameter?matching.?4.?Build?a?robust?industrial?water?facility?with?good?backup?philosophy;?a?well?planned?&?fully?executed?water?PM?program;?a?complete?operation?training?system?and?strictly?certified?operation?staff.?To?provide?our?internal?customer?with?industrial?water?utility?services?within?spec?and?without?interruption.?5.?Night?shift?is?required
任職要求
1.?Bachelor's?degree?in?Environment?Engineering;?Chemical?Engineering,?Mechanical?engineering,?Control?engineering?or?equivalent?2.?Successful?candidate?will?have?an?in?depth?knowledge?of?in?the?areas?of?Mechanics?of?Fluids,?water?purifying?process?and?most?importantly?water?treatment?process,?and?PLC?knowledge.?Electrical?power?experience?is?desirable?3.?A?good?understanding?of?Properties?of?Materials,?in?particular?PVDF,?FRP,?PP,?SS316,?RO,?and?UF.?Wastewater?treatment?knowledge?is?required?4.?Good?analytical?thinking,?problem?solving,?verbal?communications?and?presentation?skills.?5.?Good?team?player?6.?Skilled?in?identifying?the?problem?root?cause?and?developing?innovative?solution.

Act?as?system?sponsor?to?ensure?facility?system?keep?good?conditions?under?effective?maintenance?in?daily?operation.?作為系統(tǒng)工程師，確保分管之廠務(wù)設(shè)施及系統(tǒng)得到有效的保養(yǎng)并處于良好工作狀態(tài)?Response?for?operation?of?HVAC,?clean?room,?waste?gas?treatment,?chiller?water?system?負(fù)責(zé)HVAC,潔凈室，廢氣處理及冰機(jī)系統(tǒng)的日常運(yùn)行。?Set-up?and?maintain?document?of?SOP?and?OI?負(fù)責(zé)建立或者維護(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件管理?Independently?on-duty?to?support?24-hour?a?day?production?in?night?shift?or?holiday?shift?因應(yīng)工廠24小時生產(chǎn)要求，可獨立參與夜間或者節(jié)假日值班?Be?In?charge?of?new?system?or?project?bidding?and?construction?management?負(fù)責(zé)新系統(tǒng)或新項目的招標(biāo)及施工管理
任職要求
1.?Bachelor?degree?or?above?with?major?in?HVAC/Mechanical/Automation.?2.?1+year?work?experience?in?facility?or?semiconductor?industry?or?energy?saving?engineering?experience?will?be?preferred,?3.?Fluent?writing?and?speaking?skill?both?in?English?and?Chinese?4.?Good?skill?of?MS?Office?5.?Flexible?work?under?pressure?6.?Open?and?Self-motive?to?new?knowledge?7.?Positive?attitude?and?sharing?to?team?work?8.?Night?shift?or?on-duty?in?holidays
