－維修和維護廠房和設施，使其處于良好的工作狀態(tài)確保工廠的正常生產運作
－Repair?and?maintain?factory?facility?,?holding?good?working?condition?to?ensure?normal?running.
－負責廠房及其附屬設施，道路，停車位，路燈，圍墻，高低壓配電間等運行問題及故障檢查，預防性保養(yǎng)，維修，以及故障處理
－Responsible??for?the?factory?building?and?affiliated?facilities,?roads,?parking??lots,?street?lamps,?wall,?high?and?low?voltage?distribution?room?daily??check?and?other?malfunctions,?preventive?maintenance,?repair,?and??troubleshooting
－負責設施系統(tǒng)包含空調，供配電，供暖系統(tǒng)，供排水系統(tǒng)，安防系統(tǒng)，消防系統(tǒng)的日常點檢，運行維護，預防性保養(yǎng)，維修及故障處理
－Responsible??for?facilities?including?air?conditioning,?power?supply,?heating,?water??supply?and?drainage?system,?security?system?and?fire-fighting?system’s??daily?check，?preventive?maintenance,?repair,?and?troubleshooting
－作為工廠設施?聯絡人，輔助負責設施工程師及分包商的聯絡工作
－As?a?facility?contactor?of?the?plant,?Coordinate?with?engineer?and?suppliers?for?communicating?work
－對任何廠房設施設備相關的緊急情況，及時給予反應
－For?any?related?emergency?of?facilities,?give?response?timely
－參與遵守環(huán)境保護法規(guī)，執(zhí)行工作現場的安全和職業(yè)健康保護
－Comply?with?the?environmental?protection?laws?and?regulations,?Perform?safety?and?occupational?health?protection?at?the?job?site

－必要時參與協助生產設備緊急維修

－計劃和監(jiān)督外部承包商實施新基建﹑設施項目，確保各項工作符合標準和要求。
－Plan?and?supervise?contractors?to?implement??infrastructure?projects?,?reach?the?standards?and?requirements.
－監(jiān)督外來承包商以確保工作符合技術規(guī)范和EHS要求
－Supervise?the?work?of?contractors?to?reach?the?technical?specifications?and?EHS?requirements
－其他上級主管和工程師安排的任務
－Other?tasks?arranged?by?engineer?and?supervisor
任職要求?/?Our?requirements:
-??????????25周歲以上
-??????????大專及以上學歷
-??????????2年以上廠務管理及供應商管理經驗
-??????????有一定的英語基礎優(yōu)先
