Here?is?a?glimpse?of?what?you’ll?do:
負責噴粉涂裝各生產(chǎn)線作業(yè)流程的編制，生產(chǎn)工藝文件的驗證，；
根據(jù)生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，編制各種技術(shù)質(zhì)量報表及計劃；
涂裝加工工藝、生產(chǎn)流程、原材料的構(gòu)成及配方比例的改進與完善；
了解生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場和工藝運作情況，及時予以技術(shù)服務(wù)和信息支持，解決現(xiàn)場工藝、設(shè)備問題；
為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計提供適當?shù)男畔⒎答伵c收集統(tǒng)計工作，負責對現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督，對質(zhì)量故障與技術(shù)問題進行分析鑒定；
負責定期對設(shè)備、儀器進行維護、校驗，保證在用設(shè)備完好率達標，運轉(zhuǎn)情況分析與統(tǒng)計；
制定預(yù)防事故的措施，定期組織全廠設(shè)備大檢查，作好記錄，做好評比考核工作；
負責設(shè)備檔案的建立和管理工作；
負責設(shè)備的安全操作、安全知識的教育和培訓工作；
針對下屬人員制定學習方案，提高下屬人員的維修技術(shù)，了解下屬人員的工作水平；
根據(jù)下達的月、周生產(chǎn)計劃，布置生產(chǎn)技術(shù)準備工作，根據(jù)本車間設(shè)備人力情況，制定車間生產(chǎn)計劃，組織均衡生產(chǎn)降低能耗，保證按月完成各項生產(chǎn)計劃、新產(chǎn)品試制計劃；
根據(jù)公司質(zhì)量部門的要求，配合車間質(zhì)檢人員作好員工的質(zhì)量培訓，提高員工的質(zhì)量意識；
Here?is?some?of?what?you’ll?need?(required):
機械、化工及相關(guān)專業(yè)大專以上學歷，5年以上涂裝主管或工程師經(jīng)驗；
受過行業(yè)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品涂裝專業(yè)培訓，熟悉機械涂裝生產(chǎn)工藝及施工工藝；
熟悉常用的粉末涂料及輔助材料的性能；
熟練運用辦公軟件，英文的簡單讀寫能力；
