譯員招募專員負(fù)責(zé)代表供應(yīng)商管理團隊執(zhí)行向譯員或供應(yīng)商提供支持、招募新譯員或供應(yīng)商、向內(nèi)部銷售團隊和生產(chǎn)團隊提供與譯員或供應(yīng)商相關(guān)的服務(wù)并提供解答。
The?position?of?the?Recruiter?is?responsible?for?providing?support?to?the?Vendor?Management?department?through?daily?assistance?with?linguist?and?vendor?recruitment?and?testing,?database?maintenance?and?daily?support?to?sales?and?production?teams?with?vendor-related?issues?and?questions.

??????????Negotiate?preferred?rates?with?recruited?linguists?according?to?company,?department?or?project?needs

??????????Promote?newly?recruited?and?tested?linguists?to?the?appropriate?production?teams
