The?Role
As?the?Project?Coordinator,?your?duties?will?include,?but?not?be?limited?to:
·?Coordination?of?subcontractors(such?as?installer);
·?Coordination?internal?and?external?resources;
·?Logistic?management,?storage?of?construction?materials?and?maintenance?of?facade?product?to?ensure?safety?and?efficiency;?
·?Analyse?construction?project?contracts?and?project?program?to?develop?contract?execution?plans?that?are?feasible?and?efficient?from?an?engineering?perspective,?plan?and?implement?resource?management?strategies;?
·?Deliver?projects?on?time;
·?Other?work?as?project?manager?required.?
The?Candidate
To?be?successful?in?securing?this?exciting?opportunity,?you?as?the?candidate?must/have:
·?1?years?related?work?experience?in?the?construction?industry,?preferably?in?facade?and?windows?&?doors?industry?in?Australia;
·?Be?exceptionally?organised?with?an?eye?for?detail;
·?Fantastic?communication?skills?–?ability?to?engage?stakeholders?at?all?levels?both?internally?and?externally;
·?Ensure?that?the?work?is?carried?out?in?line?with?clearly?defined?procedures?and?guidelines,?and?work?in?a?well-organised?manner;
·?Understanding?of?project?documentation?and?requirements;
·?On?site?working?if?required;
·?Have?the?ability?to?read?&?interpret?construction?drawings/plans;
·?Strong?IT?skills?and?AutoCAD?or?similar?experience?an?advantage;
·?Working?knowledge?of?Facade,?windows?and?doors?Project.
·?The?ideal?applicant?will?be?a?graduate?of?Civil,?Structural?Engineering,?Construction?Management?or?Construction?Engineering.?Excellent?graduate?is?acceptable.
