崗位職責(zé)：
1.?與國內(nèi)客戶及代理聯(lián)系，安排空運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)操作事宜包括清關(guān)/到貨/提貨等.
2.?與國內(nèi)客戶與海內(nèi)、外代理緊密溝通，為客戶提供最新貨運(yùn)信息.
3.?準(zhǔn)備貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)南嚓P(guān)需求文件.
4.?在操作系統(tǒng)中錄入正確貨物信息，確保發(fā)票信息準(zhǔn)確等.
5.?與客戶/代理/供應(yīng)商保持良好的合作關(guān)系確保操作順利進(jìn)行.
KEY?JOB?FUNCTIONS
1、Connection?with?carrier?and?co-loader?and?closely?monitor?the?operation?process?such?as?loading?at?warehouse,?custom?clearance,?actual?on-board?date.
2、Communicate?with?overseas?and?customer?and?make?the?most?updated?information.
3、Prepare/check?necessary?documents?used?for?the?order.
4、Input?shipment?data?and?cost?into?Pegasus?system,?and?issue?debit?note?and?credit?note.?Ensure?the?accurate?invoicing?and?on-time?closing.
5、Set?up?good?relationship?with?customer/carrier/vendors?to?ensure?the?smooth?operations.
崗位要求：
1.大學(xué)?？萍耙陨?，國際貿(mào)易/物流/英語專業(yè)有限；
2.2年以上貨代相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.英文讀寫流利，可以進(jìn)行一般的英文口語交流；
4.認(rèn)真細(xì)致，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，具有良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)寫作能力.
BASIC?SKILL?LEVEL?REQUIREMENTS
1、College?degree(major?in?International?Trade,?English,?Transportation?will?be?plus)
2、Minimum?of?2?years?experience?in?similar?positions?at?IFF?industry.
3、Good?communication?skills?in?both?English?and?Chinese.
