工作職責：

1.?檢查公司各項成本的支出，進行成本核算、費用管理、成本分析，定期編制成本分析報表。加強成本控制促進降低成本工作。

2.?進行有關(guān)成本管理工作，主要做好成本的核算和控制。負責成本的匯總、決算工作。
????????Carry?out??the?cost?management?work,?mainly?response?for?cost?accounting?and?control?as??well?as?for?the?summary?and?final?accounting?of?costs.
3.?整理并設(shè)計成本核算流程，評估成本方案，及時改進成本核算方法。
????????Organize??and?design?the?cost?accounting?process,?evaluate?the?cost?scheme,?improve?the??cost?accounting?method?in?a?timely?manner.
4.?金蝶系統(tǒng)（K3）供應(yīng)鏈模塊管理，負責并協(xié)調(diào)外部咨詢公司進行數(shù)據(jù)庫建立，并將成本核算流程數(shù)據(jù)自動化。
????????Kingdee??system?(K3)?supply?chain?module?management,?responsible?for?and?coordination?of??external?consulting?companies?to?establish?a?database?in?ERP?system,?and??further?in?charge?of?the?automation?process?on?cost?accounting.
5.?負責統(tǒng)計成本明細帳、編制成本報表。保管好成本、計算資料并按月裝訂，定期歸檔。

6.?做好各相關(guān)成本資料的整理、歸檔工作。

????資質(zhì)Qualifications
????專業(yè)知識：?
????Professional?knowledge:
1.?熟悉中國會計法律法規(guī)、國際財務(wù)報告準則、外匯匯率管理及交易、外匯法規(guī)政策，以及中國稅務(wù)法規(guī)。
????????Be??familiar?with?Chinese?Accounting?Laws?and?Regulations,?IFRS?International??Accounting?Standards,?Foreign?Exchange?Rate?Management/?Transactions,?Foreign??Exchange?regulation?and?Chinese?Tax?Regulations.
2.?熟悉生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)成本核算及運轉(zhuǎn)流程。
Be?familiar?with?the?cost?accounting?and?operation?process?of?manufacture??enterprises.
3.?熟悉標準成本法及實際成本法。
Be?familiar?with?the?standard?cost?method?and?the?actual?cost?method.
4.?掌握利潤表及資產(chǎn)負債表計算(以人民幣為本位幣的中國報表及國際報表)。
Masster??the?calculations?of?Firm?in?Profit?and?Loss,?and?Balance?Sheet?(local?book?in??local?currency?and?IFRS?book).
5.?了解中國相關(guān)折舊及權(quán)責發(fā)生制規(guī)定。
Good??understanding?of?Knowledge?about?local?regulations?on?Depreciation,?Accruals,??etc.
6.?理解重要財務(wù)指標(EBIT,?COGS,?GM等)。
Good??understanding?of?Financial?Key?Figures?(EBIT,?COGS,?GM,?etc.).
7.?熟練操作Excel,??PowerPoint?及Word等office軟件。
Operate??office?software?proficiently?(Excel,?PowerPoint?and?Word).
8.?熟練操作金蝶財務(wù)軟件（有金蝶軟件供應(yīng)鏈升級整合經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先）。
Good??knowledge?in?Kingdee?accounting?software?(upgrade/integration?experience?on??Kingdee?supply?chain?is?preferred).
