1.?Set?up?the?standard?target?for?China?DC&LOG;?Build?up?China?logistic?platform,?set?up?operation?standard?in?all?DCs.設(shè)定倉庫運作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及目標(biāo)，?建立物流操作平臺；
2.?Well?communicate?with?both?internal?and?external?LOG?team,?to?provide?LOG?service?upon?mkt?level.?內(nèi)外部物流團(tuán)隊保持良好溝通，按照市場服務(wù)水平提供優(yōu)質(zhì)物流服務(wù)；
3.?To?analyze?&?identify?root?cause?of?operational?issues?and?assess?the?risk,?and?provide?solutions?to?improve?efficiency.?分析并確定導(dǎo)致運作問題的根本原因及風(fēng)險，提供解決方案以提升效率；
4.?Effective?3PL?management?&?Productivity?improvement?over?all?DC.有效的3PL?管理?&?DC效率值改善;
5.?Logistic?cost?control?&?improvement.物流費用管理及改善;
6.?DC&LOG?project?set?up?&?improvement.?DC及物流項目組建及改善；
7.?Optimize?physical?&?information?&?system?flow,?to?be?in?line?with?Hager?Group?strategy.優(yōu)化物流&信息&系統(tǒng)流程，以滿足海格發(fā)展策略。
Position?Requirements/任職要求:
1. 8?years?warehouse?&?transportation?work?experience,?5?years?in?supervisor?level,?3rd?party?logistic?management?is?plus.?8年以上倉儲物流經(jīng)驗，5年以上主管的工作經(jīng)驗,?有第三方物流管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
2. Good?plan?in?work,?strong?influence.工作有計劃性，溝通影響力強(qiáng)；
3. Good?data?analysis?&?reporting?skill,?especially?in?Excel?&?PPT.數(shù)據(jù)分析和報告呈現(xiàn)能力強(qiáng)，包括Excel和PPT；
4. Excellent?English?in?reading?&?writing,?good?at?speaking.英文讀寫精通，口語良好;
5. Work?under?pressure,?travelling?is?request.?能承擔(dān)較強(qiáng)的壓力，并接受國內(nèi)出差。
