??主要工作內(nèi)容：
??1.?Q&A?from?customers?routinely,?including?but?not?be?limited?to?consulting?questions,?certification?process,?tools?and?documents,?policy?interpretation?etc.?from?customers;
??客戶日常問(wèn)題解答，包括客戶咨詢問(wèn)題、認(rèn)證過(guò)程和工具文件、政策解讀等；
??2.?Follow?up?consulting?and?feedback?from?internal?customers?to?ensure?customer?satisfaction;
??跟進(jìn)內(nèi)部客戶咨詢反饋，確保客戶滿意度；
??3.?Follow?up?and?settle?customer?complaints;
??跟進(jìn)并處理客戶投訴；
??4.?Implement?annual?certification?plans?and?make?quotations.
??落實(shí)年度認(rèn)證計(jì)劃、制作報(bào)價(jià)；
??5.?Make?CRM?plans?and?carry?out?accordingly;
??制定客戶維護(hù)計(jì)劃并落實(shí)；
??6.?Communicate?with?headquarter,?ECOCERT?Group?about?quotation?and?payment;

??Job?Specification
職位規(guī)范??
??-Have?B.A.?degree?or?above?in?textile,?agriculture,?food?and?relevant?majors;
??本科及以上學(xué)歷，紡織品、農(nóng)業(yè)、食品類相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；
??-Be?proficient?at?English?speaking,?reading?and?writing;
??熟練的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)和交流能力；
??-Be?skilled?in?MS?office?software?like?Word,?Excel,?PPT?etc.;
??熟練的辦公軟件使用；
??-Prefer?working?experience?in?audit?or?certification?decision.
有檢查經(jīng)驗(yàn)或認(rèn)證決定經(jīng)驗(yàn)者更佳。
