崗位描述
通過(guò)對(duì)客戶需求的收集、分析、討論,形成需求文檔,并真實(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)給內(nèi)部開(kāi)發(fā)人員、測(cè)試人員,且要對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全程跟蹤,以確??蛻粜枨蟮耐耆珜?shí)現(xiàn),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶的價(jià)值。
崗位職責(zé)
1.?客戶需求收集、分析、討論,以及需求文檔撰寫?
2.?項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,幫助制定預(yù)防措施保證項(xiàng)目成功
3.?把客戶的需求完整、無(wú)誤的轉(zhuǎn)述給內(nèi)部開(kāi)發(fā)人員、測(cè)試人員?
4.?與技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)共同制定最優(yōu)化的客戶問(wèn)題解決方案?
5.?項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)及維護(hù)狀態(tài)跟蹤?
6.?功能測(cè)試,保證需求都被覆蓋且是正確的、?bug?tracker上bug的處理?
7.?協(xié)調(diào)組織系統(tǒng)發(fā)布?
8.?管理客戶期待,保持客戶的滿意度;引導(dǎo)和幫助客戶走向規(guī)范化,不斷改進(jìn)公司的規(guī)范化流程;維持良好的客戶關(guān)系,及時(shí)有效地處理客戶提出的問(wèn)題或需求,確保客戶良好的滿意度。
