Communication?and?Employee?Relations
1)?Work?closely?with?department?managers,?as?a?bridge?to?deliver?and?implement?HR?initiatives?so?as?to?run?the?system?smoothly.
2)?Carry?out?company?policies?&?procedures?to?ensure?consistency?and?efficiency?under?instruction?and?control?first-line?disciplinary,?capability?&?grievance?hearings.
3)?Conduct?routine?ER?process,?including?of?onboarding,?probation,?labor?contract,?departure,?service?award,?winner?circle?and?so?on.
Performance?Management
1)?Performance?Management?communication,?follow-ups,?track,?feedback.
2)?Provide?advice?to?the?various?leads?on?the?performance?management?framework;?assist?with?the?roll-out?of?processes?and?tools?and?guiding?them?on?the?various?aspects?of?performance?management?(objective?setting,?feedback,?appraisals,?development).
3)?Support?Line?Manager?and?employee?to?do?performance?assessment,?engage?people?to?build?a?high?efficiency?team?for?both?people?and?business?to?be?successful.
Training?and?Development
1)?Collect?training?needs?by?year,?make?the?training?plan?and?get?approve.?Keep?on?tracking?of?training?status,?get?training?efficacy?feedback?to?meet?both?the?QMS?requirements?and?people?development.
2)?Organize?the?new?employee?training?program?and?do?the?training?for?new?hire.
3)?Handle?HR?communication?sessions?and?records.
Recruitment?and?Selection
1)?Work?closely?with?business?line?managers?and?TA?team?to?pay?attention?to?recruitment?cases,?including?of?Job?Requisition,?offer?delivering?coordination,?and?on-boarding?process.
2)?Take?charge?of?recruitment?cases?if?necessary,?including?CV‘s?sourcing?/?screening?/?interviewing,?coordinating?with?BU?leaders?/?managers,?offer?issuing,?and?on-boarding?process.
Management?Work
1)?Responsible?for?HR?system?maintain,?including?of?My?ESI?system,?service?now?system,?E-Leave?system,?China?OT?system?and?related?documents?for?P-file?record?for?legal?and?audit.
2)?Take?charge?of?various?HR?report.
3)?Handle?HR?audit?work.
4)?Communicate?effectively?with?HR?vendors.
5)?Other?tasks?assigned?by?line?manager.
任職要求:
Bachelor’s?degree?or?above.
10?years?above?HR?generalist?experience?in?manufacturing.?Chemical?background?is?advantage.
Excellent?communication?and?interpersonal?skills.
Experience?in?reorganization?and?merger?is?preferred.
Proficient?computer?skills?in?Word,?Excel,?PPT,?Pivot?table?etc.
Can?work?multi-task?under?strong?pressure,?sense?of?accountability.
Be?service-minded,?proactive,?passionate?and?self-motivated.
Good?command?of?English?and?Chinese.
