Internal:?to?support?the?sales?colleagues?to?develop?business;?to?support?the?accounting?colleagues?to?sort?out?the?costs?and?accounting?receivables.
對內(nèi)：協(xié)助銷售同事發(fā)展業(yè)務(wù)；協(xié)助財務(wù)同事核對應(yīng)收應(yīng)付。

??Check?and?offer?the?ocean?freight?cost?and?local?charges?to?the?overseas.?查詢運價和本地雜費報給目的港同事或者代理。
??Check?and?quote?to?the?shippers?if?they?need?some?value-added?service.?為發(fā)貨人提供本地服務(wù)的報價。
??Coordinate?with?shipping?lines?/?consolidators?/?trucking?companies?/?Customer?borkers?/?warehouse?to?ensure?each?shipment?being?arranged?as?planned.?協(xié)調(diào)船公司?/?拼箱公司?/?卡車公司?/?報關(guān)行?/?倉庫確保每票貨物按照計劃操作。
??Correctly?and?timely?key?in?the?AS400?operation?system.?及時準確將數(shù)據(jù)錄入系統(tǒng)。
??Send?pre-alert?to?overseas?after?departure.?發(fā)送預(yù)報給目的港同事或代理。
??Issue?charge?statements?to?the?shippers?and?push?for?the?A/R.?與發(fā)貨人核對帳單并催收款項。
??Issue?system?invoices?to?overseas?branches?/?agents?for?the?ocean?freight?and?profit?/?loss?sharing.?給海外分公司或代理開具系統(tǒng)發(fā)票，收回運費及利潤（損失）分成。
??Supporting?the?salesmen?with?professional?knowledge?and?competitive?rate.?為銷售同事提供專業(yè)知識及優(yōu)勢運價，協(xié)助銷售同事開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)。
??Supporting?accounting?colleagues?to?sort?out?the?costs?and?accounting?receivables.?協(xié)助財務(wù)同事核對成本和應(yīng)收款項。

兩年以上操作指定貨的經(jīng)驗

英語四級以上
