Your?Role
???
Principal?accountabilities?shall?include,?but?not?be?limited?to:?
主要職責(zé)包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容：
1.?Provide?consultation?and?guidance?to?other?department?on?SHE?implementation.
對(duì)其他部門(mén)的SHE執(zhí)行提供指導(dǎo)和咨詢(xún)。
2.?Maintain?SHE?system?implementation.?
維持SHE體系的貫徹實(shí)施。
3.?Organizing?or?participating?in?the?development?of?the?work?safety?rules,?operating?procedures?and?the?emergency?rescue?plans?for?work?safety?accidents?in?compliance?with?local,?state,?and?relevant?occupational?health?and?safety?laws?and?regulations.?Produce?SHE?improvement?plans?annual.
根據(jù)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，組織或者參與擬訂本單位安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)章制度、操作規(guī)程和生產(chǎn)安全事故應(yīng)急救援預(yù)案，建立年度SHE改善計(jì)劃。
4.To?build?up?and?perfect?company’s?environment?procedure,?in?which?should?including???
necessary?regulations,?rules?and?emergency?procedures,?according?to?the?national?and?local?laws?and?regulations.?To?make?and?implement?annual?and?monthly?environment?protection?plan.?To?be?organized?for?the?environment?evaluation,?inspect?and?measure,?check?and?accept?of?all?new?and?extension?projects?of?the?company.?To?be?responsible?for?the?routine?check?related?with?environment?protection,?to?coordinate?and?follow?up?the?environment?protection?management?in?the?company
按照國(guó)家地方的法律法規(guī)，制定并完善公司的環(huán)保程序；編制和推動(dòng)實(shí)施公司年/月環(huán)保工作計(jì)劃；負(fù)責(zé)日常的環(huán)保監(jiān)督檢查,協(xié)調(diào)公司的環(huán)保管理與跟蹤；負(fù)責(zé)組織公司新建、擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目的環(huán)評(píng)、監(jiān)測(cè)、驗(yàn)收等工作；各類(lèi)廢棄物合法化地妥善處理、跟蹤，確保公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)合規(guī)性；
5.?Implement?security?management，set?up?BSM?system?in?BHZ.
執(zhí)行企業(yè)安全管理,?推動(dòng)BSM系統(tǒng)在公司的運(yùn)行。
6.?Implement?firefighting?and?occupational?health?management.?Occupational?health?Hazardous?aspects?monitoring?in?workplace.
執(zhí)行消防及職業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理。工作場(chǎng)所的危害因素監(jiān)控。
7.?Organizing?or?participating?SHE?training?to?improve?the?SHE?awareness?of?employees,?e.g.?new?staff?SHE?training,?PPE?training,?safety?procedure?training.?And?keep?the?training?records.?
組織并參與SHE培訓(xùn)來(lái)提升員工的安全意識(shí)，如入職教育培訓(xùn)，PPE培訓(xùn)，安全程序培訓(xùn)等。如實(shí)記錄安全生產(chǎn)教育和培訓(xùn)情況；
8.?Investigate?accident?and?incident?when?happen,?find?the?root?cause?and?recommend?corrective?action.
調(diào)查事故和意外事件，找出根本原因并建議糾正行動(dòng)。
9.?Inspecting?the?work?safety?condition?of?the?business?entity,?conducting?screening?for?any?hidden?risks?of?work?safety?accidents?in?a?timely?manner,?and?offering?recommendations?for?improving?work?safety?management
檢查本單位的安全生產(chǎn)狀況，及時(shí)排查生產(chǎn)安全事故隱患，提出改進(jìn)安全生產(chǎn)管理的建議；
10.?Prohibiting?and?redressing?any?command?against?rules,?forced?operation?at?risk,?or?violation?of?the?operating?procedures.?Supervising?the?work?safety?corrective?actions?taken?by?the?business?entity.
制止和糾正違章指揮、強(qiáng)令冒險(xiǎn)作業(yè)、違反操作規(guī)程的行為；督促落實(shí)本單位安全生產(chǎn)整改措施。
11.Supervising?the?implementation?of?safety?control?measures?for?the?major?hazard?installations?of?the?business?entity.?Organizing?or?participating?in?the?emergency?rescue?rehearsals?of?the?business?entity.
督促落實(shí)本單位重大危險(xiǎn)源的安全管理措施；組織或者參與本單位應(yīng)急救援演練；
12.?Report?SHE?performance?to?BBRG?Group.
向集團(tuán)報(bào)告SHE情況。

Your?Profile
1.?Bachelor?degree?or?above?on?safety,?environment,?manufacturing?or?engineering,?etc.
本科及以上學(xué)歷，安全、環(huán)保、制造或工程相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
2.?Familiar?with?SHE?regulations?and?standard?requirement.?
熟悉相關(guān)SHE法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求；
3.Familiar?with?SHE?system,?ISO9000,?ISO14000?etc.
熟悉SHE相關(guān)體系，熟悉ISO9000、ISO14000體系及安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化；
4.More?than?3?years?SHE?work?experience?in?manufacturing/industry?company.?Good?skills?of?communicate,?coordinate?and?implement.?
三年以上制造業(yè)/工業(yè)SHE管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、實(shí)操能力；
5.?Good?command?of?both?written?and?oral?English.
優(yōu)秀的書(shū)面英語(yǔ)和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力。
