職位描述（Job Description）

1.?Coordinates?between?Sales,?operations?and?R&D?in?term?of?localization?and?new?products?validation.?Follows?up?of?all?produced?samples?since?the?sample?request?till?the?validation?in?customer?side.
2.?Participates?in?all?the?localization?projects?with?all?the?relevant?departments.?Participates?in?the?preparation?of?all?PPAP,?PSW?and?etc.
3.?Participates?in?all?Audits?linked?to?the?new?products/projects.?Follows?up?the?purchasing?of?all?the?equipment?linked?to?the?new?products?and?processes.?
4.?Participates?in?the?development?of?new?suppliers?for?the?new?process?such?as?taping,?tinned?copper,?tooling,?and?etc.?Pilots?a?weekly?meetings?about?the?localization,?new?products?etc.
5.?Participates?in?customer?side?for?the?relevant?validation?together?with?TCM,?and?etc.
6.?Ensures?the?validation?of?samples?in?customer?side.
7.?Prepares,?communicates?and?review?Program?KPI's?and?defines?accordingly?continuous?improvement?plans?of?processes,?procedures?and?systems?to?meet?the?Program?Department?and?the?Company's?objectives.?
8.?Recruits?and?develops?a?high?performing?Program?Team.?Complies?with?the?Quality?and?EHS?Systems?requirements.?Complies?with?corporate?values,?code?of?conducts?and?non?disclosure?agreement.
