工作描述:
1)拜訪電子消費類制造廠商,找出有價值的導(dǎo)電雙面膠,導(dǎo)電泡棉新客戶,完成公司預(yù)期的銷售目標。
2)建立并維護與客戶的商業(yè)合作關(guān)系,進行合同談判,提供技術(shù)支持。
3)進行市場分析,向公司提供銷售預(yù)測,營銷策略。
職位要求:
1)?男女不限,大專以上學(xué)歷,英文良好。
2)?有工程背景優(yōu)先,有在3M,NITTO,TESA,ROGERS等公司工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
3)?三年以上手機制造類相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗。
4)?較強的業(yè)務(wù)開拓能力及市場分析能力。
5)?良好的表達能力與談判技巧。
1.Job?Description
--Achieve?the?sales?and?financial?target?within?the?territory?assigned
--Introduce?products?to?main?Consume?electronics?enduser/OEM?in?China?by?regular?visits,?provide?visits?reports?on?time;?accomplish?key?customer?identification?and?work?out?account?plan;
--Build?up?and?maintain?an?alliance?of?business?relationship?with?accounts;?accomplish?regular?customer?visit,?technical?contact,?contract?negotiation,?delivery?supervision,?payment?collection,?after-sales?service?support,?and?product?training;
--Provide?industry?information?for?management?on?business?development?strategy,?develop?action?plan?and?conduct?sales?forecast;
--Collect?competitor?information?for?marketing?analysis;?work?closely?with?different?departments?of?accounts?to?better?understand?customer?needs?and?identified?potential?opportunities?to?secure?sales?increase;
--Work?with?Technical?team?for?new?projects?development?and?be?responsible?for?the?progress?follow?up;
--Attend?the?exhibition?and?seminar?when?needed
--?frequent?travel?is?needed
2.Requirement
1)?College?graduate?or?above,?engineering?background?is?an?advantage,?experience?in?3M,NITTO,TESA,ROGERS?will?be?a?plus.
2)?Minimum?3?years?of?mobile?phone?production?or?relevant?working?experience.
3)?Have?the?capability?to?explore?the?potential?markets,?have?good?market?analysis?skills.
4)Good?communication?and?negotiation?skills.
薪酬為底薪+提成。
