崗位職責：1.建立和維護由30個合作伙伴構成的聯(lián)盟（天使組、風投、大學、地方和區(qū)域政府等）2.通過創(chuàng)建創(chuàng)始人間的相互聯(lián)系、聯(lián)接風險投資以及其他相關的合作伙伴，以建立出一個強大的社區(qū)環(huán)境。3.作為公司代表在行業(yè)活動以及社交活動中發(fā)聲。4.鼓勵所有新成員加入社區(qū)。5.監(jiān)督項目并參與規(guī)劃，以確保為成員創(chuàng)造出寶貴的經(jīng)驗6.代表公司參加行業(yè)活動和社交活動,充當北京科技生態(tài)系統(tǒng)與其他世界各地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)（包括舊金山）的聯(lián)絡員;7.管理團隊，確保工作運行平穩(wěn)，達成銷售目標和團隊成長目標8.指導社區(qū)團隊并給出發(fā)展規(guī)劃建議9.與社區(qū)團隊協(xié)作，向總部提供進度報告"Ecosystem?Development●?Build?and?maintain?a?network?of?~30?partner?organizations?(angel?groups,?VCs,?universities,?local?and?regional?government?and?accelerators)●?Build?a?strong?environment?on?Campus?by?connecting?founders?to?each?other,?VCs,?and?our?corporate?partners?where?relevant●?Represent?RS?as?a?thought?leader?in?the?local?community?by?speaking?at?industry?events?and?attending?networking?events●?Approve?all?new?members?applying?to?campus●?Oversee?events?&?programming?to?make?sure?we’re?creating?a?valuable?experience?for?members●?Act?as?the?liaison?to?connect?the?Beijing?Tech?Ecosystem?with?other?ecosystems?around?the?world?including?San?Francisco.Sales?&?Operations●?Ensure?the?Campus?is?running?smoothly?from?and?operations?&?process?perspective●?Manage?the?Campus?team?to?reach?sales?goals?and?manage?member?churnTeam?Growth●?Mentor?the?Campus?team?and?make?recommendations?for?promotions●?Work?with?the?Campus?team?to?produce?progress?reports?for?HQ任職要求：1.6年以上的綜合管理經(jīng)驗，初創(chuàng)公司管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；2.擁有良好的溝通表達和人際互動技巧，具備優(yōu)秀的人際關系建立和維護能力；3.對于初創(chuàng)公司/VC企業(yè)的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)，有深入和全面的認知與理解，具備企業(yè)家精神和創(chuàng)業(yè)心態(tài)；4.豐富和多樣化的團隊管理經(jīng)驗，包含不限于，銷售團隊和運營團隊；5.全日制統(tǒng)招本科以上學歷，MBA學位優(yōu)先；You?Need:●?6-8+?years?experience?in?business?management?or?development;?startup?experience?preferred●?Stellar?networking?skills?and?the?ability?to?make?smart?partnerships?happen●?Strong?understanding?of?&?network?in?the?Beijing?startup?/?VC?ecosystem●?Experience?managing?a?team?(including?both?sales?and?operations)●?MBA?a?plus?but?not?required●?Entrepreneurial?DNA
