Junior?Counselor
工作描述：
1.?升學(xué)服務(wù)過程中，協(xié)助資深顧問把控學(xué)生的申請進(jìn)度，各階段文書材料、課內(nèi)外活動 進(jìn)展、學(xué)術(shù)表現(xiàn)情況以及相關(guān)課程產(chǎn)出等；
2.?以小型講座、一對一輔導(dǎo)、小組活動、沙龍等形式，讓客戶充分認(rèn)識留學(xué)教育情況、 大學(xué)體系以及升學(xué)相關(guān)的各類信息；
3.?研究升學(xué)體系和教育制度，對具體學(xué)校的專業(yè)信息、大學(xué)排名、入學(xué)要求與申請程序 等進(jìn)行深入學(xué)習(xí)和了解，掌握與留學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)的各種知識，及時(shí)能夠?qū)⑿畔R總更新， 并適時(shí)提供給客戶；
5.?通過各種溝通方式，對學(xué)生的綜合情況進(jìn)行了解，從學(xué)生自身特點(diǎn)出發(fā)，挖掘?qū)W生各 方面的潛力、參與或負(fù)責(zé)為學(xué)生提供個(gè)性化升學(xué)規(guī)劃，為學(xué)生在升學(xué)本身和未來發(fā)展提 供優(yōu)質(zhì)建議；
職位要求：
1.?本科及以上學(xué)歷，教育學(xué)專業(yè)和留學(xué)背景者優(yōu)先；
2.?有升學(xué)相關(guān)背景，擁有扎實(shí)的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3.?積極的工作態(tài)度、為人踏實(shí)穩(wěn)重、能夠吃苦耐勞；
4.?較強(qiáng)的溝通能力、執(zhí)行能力、抗壓能力以及良好的責(zé)任意識；
5.?能夠熟練的運(yùn)用英文，具備優(yōu)秀的聽說讀寫技能，并且適應(yīng)英文的工作環(huán)境；
