The?National?Sales?Channel?Partner?Manager?is?responsible?for?creating?and?sustaining?existing?and?new?sales,?profitability,?contracting?of?channel?partners,?establishing?and?keeping?a?good?working?relationship?with?all?channels?(including?but?not?limited?to?All?Dealers,?E-shops,?Catalogue?Houses,?Online?mediums?such?as?Amazon),?various?departments?and?dealing?with?channel?programs.?He?communicates?well?with?clients?about?products?and?offered?services.?Is?knowledgeable?in?demonstrating?across?all?applications?for?Dr?ger?in?both?Government?and?Private?business?streams.?He?works?with?promotions?as?required?to?increase?sales?through?events?and?other?activities,?as?well?as?expand?relationships?of?existing?customers.
The?National?Sales?Channel?Partner?Manager?represents?the?entire?range?of?company?products?and?services?to?all?channel?partners,?and?plans?and?completes?solution/?product?training?directly?with?Dealers?to?ensure?knowledge?and?capability?transfer.??The?Channel?Manager?constantly?learns?different?sales?techniques?and?information?on?new?products?relevant?to?his/her?industries.?He?provides?monthly?reporting?of?estimate?and?pipeline.?The?Channel?Manager?remains?updated?with?his/her?company’s?competition,?their?products?and?issues?and?communicates?this?regularly?to?Marketing?and?Sales?internally.?They?have?responsibility?in?planning?and?communicating?in?designated?channel.

- Support?customer?classification?and?the?analysis?of?the?customer/channel?allocation?in?the?country
- Analyze?options?and?evaluate?the?performance?of?dealers?with?Head?of?Sales?Safety?Division?Greater?China
- Map?current?Sales?Channel?Partners?and?align?with?target?markets,?where?needed?source?and?manage?new?sales?channels,?including?but?not?limited?to?Dealers,?Web?shops,?E-shops,?Catalogues
- Coordinates?the?involvement?of?Dr?ger?personnel,?including?support,?sales,?service,?and?management?resources,?in?order?to?meet?partner?performance?objectives?and?partners’?expectations
Performance?review/?contract?renew?for?dealers
- Drive?annual?dealer?contract?renew?process?and?coordinate?for?approval?at?national?wide
- Conduct?regular?dealer?review?meetings?with?Regional?Sales?teams?for?performance?data?collection,?performance?analysis,?and?generation?of?action?plan?and?assessment?report?if?applicable
- Continuously?screen?and?analyze?the?dealer?landscape?in?the?country
- Continuously?manage?relation?with?our?most?important?dealers?in?the?country
- Manage?distribution?of?dealers?in?different?regions
- Be?responsible?for?contract?management?in?terms?of?pre-screening?all?partner/?dealers?and?end?customer,?document?control?and?sales?channel?partner?risk?assessment
- Proactively?leads?a?joint?partner?planning?process?that?develops?mutual?performance?objectives,?financial?targets,?and?critical?milestones?associated?with?a?productive?partner?relationship?directly?with?Dealer?management.
