As?Senior?Associate?People?Strategy?at?Publicis.Sapient,?you?will?be?responsible?for?acting?on?human?resource?issues?of?importance?to?Sapient's?business?and?people,?and?managing?the?day-to-day?functioning?of?a?People?Strategy?team?or?project?team.

? Implement?with?directions?people-related?initiatives?and?programs?affecting?the?region
? Be?responsible?for?timely?&?accurate?updating?of?all?records,?personnel?transactions?(such?as?hires,?promotions,?transfers,?performance?reviews?and?terminations,?and?employee?statistics?for?government?reporting)
? Participate?in?administration?of?people?processes?such?as?performance?review?and?compensation
? Advise?people?on?the?correct?interpretation?of?and?help?with?implementation?of?policies,?procedures,?and?practices?of?the?company
? Help?with?investigation?of?employee?incidents?if?any
? Prepare?employee?offer,??termination?letters?and?related?documentation,?and?conduct?exit?interviews?to?determine?reason(s)?behind?separations?under?supervision
? Provide?L&D?operations?support?–?for?organizing?programs,?training?material?/?training?aids?and?collecting?feedback?etc.
? Preparing?HR?/?People?analytic?reports.?E.g.?Attrition,?engagement?survey,?people?growth?survey?etc.
? Data?collation?of?performance?ratings,?scores,?supervisor?/?comp.?communicator?alignment?reports?etc.

REQUIRED?SKILLS/?EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor's?degree?from?accredited?institution;?master?degree?in?human?resources?management?is?highly?desirable

? People?smart,?with?strong?focus?on?people?experience
