崗位職責(zé)：?2?根據(jù)國家相關(guān)EHS法律法規(guī)，建立及不斷完善公司環(huán)境、職業(yè)健康安全管理體系；?Establish?and?improve?Environment,?Occupational?Health?and?Safety?management?system?according?to?government?EHS?laws?and?regulations;?2?對(duì)各部門EHS相關(guān)各項(xiàng)事務(wù)進(jìn)行日常巡檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題提出整改建議并督促整改；?Implement?on-site?daily?check?of?EHS,?put?forward?suggestions?&?countermeasures,?and?supervise?its?execution?through?finding?some?issues;?2?負(fù)責(zé)EHS體系文件、臺(tái)賬的記錄存檔，外部監(jiān)管單位報(bào)表的填報(bào)上交；?Be?responsible?for?archiving?all?the?records?related?to?EHS,?and?turning?in?the?reports?to?local?authority;?2?協(xié)助相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行環(huán)境、職業(yè)健康安全體系的環(huán)境因素識(shí)別、評(píng)價(jià)和危險(xiǎn)源辨識(shí)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)及其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的監(jiān)督檢查；?Assist?each?function?in?identifying,?evaluating?environmental?factors,?risk?appraisal?and?control?of?EHS?on?a?regular?basis;?2?定期聯(lián)系第三方機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)公司的環(huán)保、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生、消防等進(jìn)行檢測(cè)；?Regularly?contact?the?third?party?to?have?a?testing?on?environment,?occupational?health?and?firefighting?within?the?company?2?參與接待政府相關(guān)部門的檢查；保持與政府相關(guān)部門的聯(lián)系工作;?Cooperate?and?coordinate?with?the?routine?check?from?the?government?department,?keep?in?touch?with?the?government?department?closely;?2?負(fù)責(zé)危險(xiǎn)廢棄物、廢水、廢氣、噪聲等的日常處置與管理；?Be?responsible?for?handling?hazardous?waste?disposal,?waste?water,?waste?gas,?noise;?2?負(fù)責(zé)日常消防安全管理和檢查，組織開展各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)安全應(yīng)急預(yù)案演練；?Be?responsible?for?daily?firefighting?management?and?check,?organize?contingency?plan?drill?of?various?work?safety?2?監(jiān)督特種設(shè)備的管理（包括電梯、壓力容器、鏟車）；?2?Supervise?the?operations?of?special?equipment?(?including?elevator,?pressure?vessel,?fork-lift?)?2?對(duì)承包商施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行定期巡視檢查，監(jiān)督承包商行為符合公司EHS要求；?Patrol?the?construction?site?for?the?subcontractor?regularly,?to?oversee?its?compliance?with?EHS;?2?組織并實(shí)施EHS相關(guān)培訓(xùn)，如：新員工（三級(jí)教育），訪客，承包商，公司員工；?Organize?and?implement?EHS?training?for?new?employees,?visitors,?subcontractors?and?company?staff;?2?領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它任務(wù)。?Complete?the?other?assignments?by?the?company。?任職要求：?2?專科以上學(xué)歷，環(huán)境安全相關(guān)專業(yè)；?2?College?degree?or?above,?major?in?environmental?safety?2?熟悉EHS環(huán)衛(wèi)安相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章；?2?Be?familiar?with?related?laws,?rules?and?regulations;?2?2年以上制造企業(yè)EHS管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；?2?Two?years’?EHS?working?experience?in?manufacturing?industry;?2?具有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和表達(dá)能力；?2?Strong?communication?and?expression?ability;?2?責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，具有較高的工作效率；?2?Strong?responsibility,?high?working?efficiency?2?工作中具有較高的主動(dòng)性和獨(dú)立性；?2?Be?initiative?and?independent?2?具備較強(qiáng)的英語讀寫能力?2?Strong?English?reading?and?writing?skills?2?熟悉ISO14000、OHSAS18001體系，或有OHSAS18000、ISO14001體系內(nèi)審員或注冊(cè)安全工程師的優(yōu)先考慮。?Be?familiar?with?the?system?of?ISO14000、OHSAS18001?or?the?Internal?Auditor?Qualification?Certificate,?Certified?Safety?Engineer?preferred.
