Responsibilities
Primary:
？?Translate?marketing?materials?such?as?brochures,?flyers,?advertisements,?websites,?business?cards,?stationeries,?corporate?gifts,?etc.
？?Provide?pre-press?support?for?print?productions?and?liaise?with?factory?regarding?production?issues?and?quality?control
？?Manage?the?collaterals?availability?and?usage?in?all?TBA?offices?and?event?locations
？?Consolidate,?evaluate?and?update?global?events?list?on?a?regular?basis
？?Assist?with?company?event?management?and?implementation
？?Assist?in?enhancing?the?company’s?social?media?usage
？?Consolidate?and?update?business?cards?into?the?CRM?(Client?Relationship?Management)?system
？?Provide?quality?control?support?for?the?CRM?system
？?Assist?in?managing?CRM?system?and?greater?business?development?database
？?Provide?support?for?project?execution?when?necessary?(i.e.?design?collaterals,?desk?research,?translation?and?proofreading)
？?Provide?administrative?and?ad?hoc?support?to?the?manager?and?team?as?required
？?Secondary:

？?Research?and?track?strategic?companies’?activities
？?Provide?creative?leadership?support?for?updating?and?improving?company?websites?and?business?development?tools

Requirements
？?Bachelor?degree?or?above?in?marketing,?communications,?advertising,?English?and/or?Chinese,?or?related?major?(post-graduate?qualification?an?advantage)
？?Proficient?with?Microsoft?Office?suite?(Word,?PowerPoint,?Excel)?and?internet-based?research
？?Proficient?with?design?and?print?software?such?as?Photoshop,?Illustrator?and?InDesign?(Knowledge?of?additional?design?software?such?as?Dreamweaver?and?Flash?is?preferred)
？?Knowledge?of?XML,?HTML?and?web?programming?scripts?(an?advantage)
？?Knowledge?of?print?production?and?processes
