Main?Responsibilities
1.?In-charge?of?corporate?front?desk?image,?handling/screening?incoming?calls?and?attends?to?all?front?office?enquirers?and?visitors.
2.?Responsible?for?correspondence,?fax?sending?and?receiving,?and?courier?work.
3.?Office?equipment?maintenance.
4.?Office/pantry?supplies,?tickets,?business?cards?and?procurement.
5.?Booking?tickets?and?hotel?for?the?staff?on?business?trip.
6.?Supervise?the?use?of?spare?keys?and?registration;?supervise?the?return?of?the?key?the?next?day.
7.?Update?telephone?directory.
8.?Other?routine?administrative?work?and?other?works?assigned?by?HR?&?Admin?supervisor.

Requirements
1.?Three-year?college?diploma?or?above;
2.?CET?4?or?above,?proficient?in?both?written?and?spoken?English;
3.?None?or?at?least?1?years?&?above?related?working?experience,?candidates?with?foreign?company?experience?will?be?preferred.
4.?Proficient?in?MS?Office;
5.?Articulate,?intelligent;
6.?Good?communication?skills;
7.?Careful,?earnest,?responsible,?warm.

1.負(fù)責(zé)外來(lái)人員的接待、登記、安排等候和及時(shí)傳達(dá);?
2.負(fù)責(zé)電話總機(jī)的接轉(zhuǎn)工作;
3.負(fù)責(zé)辦公設(shè)備維護(hù);
4.負(fù)責(zé)辦公用品庫(kù)存管理、員工名片制作等工作;?
5.負(fù)責(zé)公司出差人員飛機(jī)票、火車票、酒店等的預(yù)訂、結(jié)算服務(wù)工作;?
6.負(fù)責(zé)公司門禁卡收發(fā)管理;
7.及時(shí)更新員工通訊地址和電話號(hào)碼等聯(lián)系方式;
8.協(xié)助處理其他日常行政事務(wù)及協(xié)助人事部的各項(xiàng)工作。
崗位要求:
1.??萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷;
2.大學(xué)英文4級(jí)及以上,優(yōu)秀的英文讀寫能力;
3.應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或1年以上相關(guān)行政經(jīng)驗(yàn)者為佳,有外企經(jīng)驗(yàn)更好;
4.熟練應(yīng)用WORD、EXCEL等OFFICE辦公軟件
5.五官端正,形象氣質(zhì)佳,親和力強(qiáng)
