? Partner?with?C&B?manager?to?continuously?improve?IKEA?total?rewards?package?to?contribute?to?IKEA?Y2030?ambitions?through?new?benefits?projects?delivery,?etc.
? Review?and?update?the?benefits?communication?materials.
? Support?external?vendor?management?via?bidding?and?contract?processes.
