熟悉產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)和特性；
Be?familiar?with?the?performance?of?the?assembly?lines?and?its?fitting.?Design,?modify?the?fitting?to?the?line,process?the?required?fitting.
熟悉總裝流水線及其他裝配設(shè)備的性能,設(shè)計(jì)、改造裝配、加工需要的裝備；
Resolve?the?technical?problems?during?chief?assembly?and?parts?assembly.
解決總裝/部裝生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的技術(shù)問(wèn)題；
Prepare?assembly?process?files.
編制裝配工藝文件；
Supervise?the?implementation?of?process?files.
監(jiān)督工藝文件執(zhí)行情況；
Conduct?tests?of?assembly?process,?material,?parts?and?equipments.
進(jìn)行裝配工藝、材料、零部件和設(shè)備試驗(yàn)；
Tracking?product?quality?and?try?to?improve?first-check?quality?product?rate.
對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量跟蹤分析，提高一次合格率。
Put?forward?optimizing?project,?continuously?improving?production?environment?and?technical?equipments.
提出優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)方案,不斷改善生產(chǎn)環(huán)境和技術(shù)裝備
Adjust?assembly?process,?technical?equipments,?material?flow?and?station?layout??through?their?efficiency?analysis.?Improve?current?fitting?to?improve?working?efficiency.
進(jìn)行裝配工藝、技術(shù)裝備,?物料流程、工作場(chǎng)地效率分析調(diào)整，努力提高效率；
To?reduce?manufacturing?cost.
為了降低生產(chǎn)成本；
To?increase?equipments?usage?rate.
為了提高設(shè)備的利用率
To?improve?output.
為了提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
Arrange?temporary?manufacturing?process.
安排臨時(shí)生產(chǎn)工藝；
Supervise?pilot?production?and?sampling.
EP/PP試生產(chǎn)及送樣測(cè)試。
Offer?skill?training?to?the?operators.
對(duì)操作工進(jìn)行技能培訓(xùn)。
Offer?effective?data?and?information.
提供有效的數(shù)據(jù)和信息。
MINIMA?PROFILE?職位需求：
Diploma?of?higher?education?or?above?.
大專及以上學(xué)歷；
Major?in?Mechanical?Design?&?Automation?or?Industrial?Engineering?.
機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及自動(dòng)化或者工業(yè)工程專業(yè)畢業(yè)；
More?than?3?year’s?related?experience?in?the?field?of?industrial?automation?as?an?engineer.
1年以上工業(yè)自動(dòng)化行業(yè)工藝工程師工作經(jīng)歷。
