工作內(nèi)容?JOB?DESCRIPTION:
1. 日常銷售行政流程(處理報價,訂單,銷售合同及生產(chǎn)跟蹤等);
Daily?sales?administration?processing?(quotations,?order,?sales?contract?and??manufacture?progress?etc.);
2. 負(fù)責(zé)日常電話、傳真、郵件處理,接收客戶咨詢、報價,在必要的時候跟蹤訂單;
Handle?the?incoming?call,?fax,?E-mail?and?communicate?with?customers?about?inquires,?quote?and?track?orders?when?needed;
3. 負(fù)責(zé)各類文件的建檔與歸檔;
Prepare,?classify,?file?and?admin?all?sales?contracts?and?other?documents;
4. 其它與銷售有關(guān)的輔助工作。

職位要求JOB?REQUIREMENTS:
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷;
College?degree?or?above;
2. 一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷;

3. 能熟練使用微軟辦公自動化軟件;

4. 良好的英文讀寫、理解能力;
