Main?responsibilities.
1.Supervise?the?industrial?engineering?team?in?design?and?setup?of?line?tooling,?work?station?and?production?line?for?new?products.
2.Responsible?for?productivity?improvement?of?assembly?process,?factory?layout?planning.????????????????????????????????
3.Monitor?of?new?toy?development?progress,?management?of?productivity?improvement?projects,?coaching?and?development?of?industrial?engineers?
4.?New?project?process?fixture?and?machine?preparation?and?evaluation;
5.?New?project?production?document?preparation,?such?as?process?manual,work?instruction,?standard?worksheet;
6.?New?project?process?development?and?research?and?improvement;
7.?Defects?analysis?and?develop?solutions.
Qualifications?
1.?Bachelor?degree?in?Industrial?Engineering;???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
2.?At?least?8?years?working?experience?in?IE?field,?gained?from?MNC.???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
