Main?responsibilities
-Delivery?of?excellent?customer?service?through?fast?and?accurate?processing?of?orders,?communication,?quotation,?and?coordinating?with?other?departments?to?resolve?inquires.
-Follow?the?shipment?for?the?key?account?and?the?account?under?local?control?with?close?cooperation?with?relative?team?and?update?shipment?information?to?customer?and?concerned?parties?if?needed.
-Record,?Analysis?and?manage?relative?document?per?management?instruction
-Maintain?constant?contact?and?keep?relationship?with?current?customers
-Linkage?between?customer?and?operation?as?well?as?network,?ensure?operation?could?well?understand?the?requirement?from?customer?and?network.
-Release?accurate?SOP?to?operative?team
Requirement
-College?or?above
-Minimum?3?years?of?customer?service?experience?in?logistics?or?trading?company
-Good?English
-Possess?good?communication?skills?and?influence?skill
