Will?do?pre-sales?work,?marketing?research,?write?up?development?plan,?etc.
To?be?able?to?visit?customers,?bring?in?current?market?information?&?customer?information?back?to?sales?team,?create?customer?files.
To?provide?technical?support?for?complete?project?solutions?based?on?market?information?and?current?products?capability.
To?assist?the?sales?team?to?mobilize?internal?resources,?run?and?manage?the?projects?with?aggressive?schedules?in?order?to?provide?professional?and?efficient?technical?support.
Serve?as?the?initial?point?of?contact?for?resolution?of?Industrial?Cable?related?problems.?Troubleshoot,?research,?diagnose,?document,?and?resolve?technical?issues.
To?be?able?to?do?regular?technical?presentation?and?products?training?for?customers?and?sales?team.
Provides?response?to?requests?for?technical?data,?application?data,?test?data?and?field?complaints
Customer?reception,?plant?introduction?is?needed.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma?in?engineering?discipline?is?preferred.?Electrical,?Electronics,?Communications,?Computing,?Automation,?and?Industrial?will?be?highly?valuable.
Familiar?with?cable?design?and?applications,?minimum?3?years?technical?support?experience,?good?social?network?resources?will?be?preferred.
Fluent?English?in?speaking,?writing,?and?reading?English?technical?documents.
Comfortable?with?communication/engagement?with?customers?and?partners
Ability?to?get?in?details,?and?solve?problems,?result?oriented
