Responsibilities，
?Search,?develop,?negotiate,?and?reach?commercial?agreements,?and?manage?performances?with?local?suppliers?for?different?products?and?services;
?Recommend?and?develop?regional?suppliers?with?potentials?to?become?global?suppliers;?conduct?negotiations?with?global?suppliers?in?China?per?delegation?by?the?global?commodity?managers;
?Understand?the?consolidated?needs?of?SKF?factories?in?China?for?the?assigned?commodities,?and?work?with?teams?from?global?commodities?and?factories?to?execute?related?projects?and?negotiations;?be?a?project?manager?or?coordinator?to?coordinate?or?lead?cross-functional?projects?in?the?region?and,?represent?the?region?to?participate?in?global?projects;
?Transform?group?global?commodity?strategies?and?agreements?into?regional?strategies?and?actions,?and?ensure?they?are?implemented?with?all?related?factories?in?the?region;?resolve?major?suppliers’?issues?escalated?by?the?factories,?and?escalate/follow?up?major?issues?to?the?correspondent?group?commodity?managers;
?Support?the?global?sourcing?activities?from?the?region?to?the?SKF?factories?located?in?other?regions;
?Monitor?and?control?supplier?delivery?and?other?key?performance
?Setting?targets?and?leading?projects?for?continuously?reducing?costs?through?aggressive?negotiations,?value?analysis,?long-term?agreements?as?well?as?supply?base?and?industry?knowledge.
?Purchasing?operation?of?supplier?sourcing,?RFQ?handling
?Set?up?and?maintain?price?list,?supplier?master?and?related?information
?Develop,?analyze?and?communicate?supply?market?analysis,?purchasing?scenarios?and?related?commercial/legal?information
?Negotiate?contracts?and?support?in?approval?matters?with?suppliers.
?Ensure?that?purchased?products?meet?SKF?requirements?and?a?well?functioning?delivery?process?of?purchased?products?to?SKF?factory

Requirements,
?University?Degree?in?Engineering?or?Business?Administration?or?equivalent?degrees
?At?least?5?years?solid?working?experiences?with?proven?career?track?and?achievements?in?areas?of?Purchasing,?Engineering.
?Good?negotiation?and?communication?skills,?and?commercial?experiences
?Familiar?with?the?automotive?aftermarket?products?and?Chinese?supplier?base?of?wheel?end,?engine?parts?and?chassis?parts?(such?as?HBU,?belt?tension?unit,?CV?joint,?etc.)/?good?Knowledge?in?MRO?or?other?indirect?material?and?service
?Experience?with?local?markets?and?supplier?bases
?Strong?business?focus?and?able?to?build?up?relationships
?Experience?on?working?in?a?cross-functional?and?multi-?country?environment
