崗位職責(zé)Major?Tasks?of?Position：
1.?具體組織裝置的生產(chǎn)與操作，確保裝置在安全穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下運(yùn)行，達(dá)成生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)；

2.?在生產(chǎn)過程中嚴(yán)格按照ISO要求全面落實(shí)工藝要求，糾正工藝偏離，防范不當(dāng)操作，提出工藝改進(jìn)措施；負(fù)責(zé)各類計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)的匯總、統(tǒng)計(jì)及分析；

3.?積極組織配合檢維修工作，督促班組成員做好設(shè)備、設(shè)施、器材、器具的檢查維護(hù)工作，確保狀態(tài)完好和運(yùn)行正常；
Be?responsible?for?organizing?the?examination?and?maintenance?of?equipments,?supervise?employees?finishing?the?maintenance?job?to?ensure?the?facilities?are?in?good?condition?and?running?smoothly;
4.?通過巡檢能盡早地發(fā)現(xiàn)并確認(rèn)可能的安全和工藝隱患，同時(shí)對這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)做初步分析；及時(shí)專業(yè)地組織力量消除，記錄并及時(shí)向上級匯報(bào)。參加事故調(diào)查分析，落實(shí)防范措施；

5.參與對員工的績效評價(jià)，輔導(dǎo)與幫助員工改進(jìn)；

6.?按照ISO內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃執(zhí)行對生產(chǎn)員工關(guān)于ISO文件等培訓(xùn)，確保生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場符合ISO要求；
Conduct?ISO?related?trainings?according?to?internal?training?plan?to?make?sure?ISO?compliance?on?site;
7.?依照能力矩陣定期開展對新老員工的符合性能力考核；
Conduct?employee?competency?evaluation?in?a?certain?period?according?to?competency?matrix;
8.?負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)部所有ISO文檔的收集、分析、編錄、存檔工作，負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)平臺的建立、維護(hù)和分析；
Be?responsible?for?the?collection,?analysis,?extracting?and?achievement?of?all?ISO?document,?be?responsible?for?setting?up,?maintaining?and?analyzing?production?database;
9.?完成上級交辦的其他工作。

教育背景Education：大專以上學(xué)歷，化工類專業(yè)College?degree?and?above,?major?in?chemistry
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)Experience：至少兩年以上化工生產(chǎn)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)above?2?years?in?chemical?production
管理技能Management?skills：良好的溝通力和執(zhí)行力good?communication?skill?and?executive?ability
語言能力Language?Skills：良好的英語能力Good?in?English
電腦技能IT?Skills：?良好的Word和Excel應(yīng)用能力good?skills?of?MS?Word?and?Excel
